Based on the price for this hotel, I would definitely return but ONLY if a room at the rear of the hotel is confirmed. Pros: Good location - walk to the beach, reservoir, Gorey, shops. Breakfast - excellent choice and quality. Good cereals and additional nuts/grains and great quality cooked breakfast. Staff - we only encountered 2 lovely ladies who manned reception and breakfast service. Very polite and helpful. Room service - very thorough and efficient Linen and beds - beautiful clean crisp bedding and soft towels. Very comfortable beds. Cons: Room location - we initially had room 15 which is at the front of the hotel near the very busy road. It was like the traffic was in the room and insufferable. Moved to room 44 at the rear which was super. Windows - even in room 44 unable to leave window open for fresh air.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool und die öffentlichen Bereiche sind etwas ungepflegt. Die Tische im Restaurant kleben. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, allerdings auch ziemlich eng. Die Lage ist gut auf Jersey.

Staff were lovely, pool area was lovely. Shower in room was all stained and mouldy. Not worth the money.

No lift and each floor had many levels, so we were going up or down, even from the bedroom to the bathroom. I nearly fell into the bathroom during the night. Not a good hotel for people with a leg disability. The staff and service were fair and friendly, but slow. It is located in a good area close to a lovely seaside village.

The staff were friendly, my room was on the front of the hotel next to a road which was very noisy from about 6am in the morning, I was woken up 2 mornings at 6am by the refuse men doing there collection. The next morning I was woken up by council workers cleaning up debris from the road. The hotel in general looked tired & in need of refurbishment. The pool was out of use on a few occasions due to pump issues.

Could do with a refirb. Bathroom smelt bad, needs some new carpet and windows didn’t close

Dinner menu stayed the same from Saturday until Thursday. Only changed after we made a comment at reception. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
