Great value

We arrived early evening and managed to get a meal in the restaurant. It was lovely and the staff were also. But when we went up to our room it was a different matter. While the room was adequate and clean the bathroom was discussing! The shower was not just moldy but rusted out. There was a soap dish attached to the wall, right above a dirty rust one that was hanging loose. No toilet roll holder, you had to twist around to get that, and you had to pump the handle to get the toilet to flush. The shower curtain couldn't slide accross, the fan didn't work, the door wouldn't slide shut but did flap open at the bottom and the water heater went from freezing cold to dangerously searing hot in a blink of an eye. And the heater in the room didn't work. When we went down to express out disappointment the lady on reception was very apologetic but couldn't help as they were fully booked and told us to talk to the manager in the morning. Morning came and we spoke to the manager who quite frankly couldn't care less, he didn't apologise he just said that he couldn't move us because they were full. When we asked for a refund he fobbed us of and said you'll have to ask WotIf. He didn't even offer us a free breakfast, which by the way was also discussing and not up to the standard of the night before. We will nevwr stay at a Bespoke Hotel again!

Mould. So much mould. In desperate beed of renovation. Water stain all down the bedroom wall. Disgusting shower see pictures. Sheets dudnt fit bed. Breakdmfast adequate. Not enough staff. Nobody on reception because she was serving in the bar. Big coach group in hotel, i imagine they are given the nice rooms if there are any as they would lose their main source of income if they all complained to their tour operator.

We had a fabulous stay here , a big shout out to the very friendly bar man ( from Mull) , he was excellent!

Very old hotel, but room and breakfast were nice. I would stay again.

Was a nice area but hotel room was terrible tried to get other accommodation within 5 minutes room was stinking off a damp foosty smell window was cracked curtains and bed covering torn carpet all marked paper hanging off bathroom ceiling among other things won’t stay ever again but would recommend the area

The hotel is ok for a 1 or 2 night stay. Good location. Room was dated. breakfast was average. our room, i think it was 131 we couldnt get hot water in either the tap or shower. told reception but still couldnt get hot water after trying what they suggested. Conclusion is okay but difficult to recommend

Great little find with good value for money. Hotel is old and dated but charming. Friendly helpful staff. Decent pint. Clean and warm and dry if you can avoid the drips from the ceiling in the bar. Breakfast is akin to what you'd get at a Hilton on most days. Bacon had seen better days but even the coffee machine did a decent latte. Would certainly recommend. A solid 7 out of 10 and with a bit of investment it could be an 8 or 9. Great wee find. So glad we stayed here instead of a beige chain at inverness airport.

The hotel was lovely staff were amazing clean,friendly, loved our room.

It was avery nice clean friendly hotel really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was included when I asked for gluten free cereal was told told there was none. The person I asked I understood to be in charge just walked away offering nothing else. Had to find another member of staff to see if there was G. F. bread for roast and explain I could not use the toaster if there was. If you have allergy s not the place to stay.

Très bel hôtel. Accueil chaleureux. Le village alentour est très sympathique. Très bel endroit

Overall the room was very tired, lack of attention to cleaning let it down. Stayed for a meal on one night, they were very under staffed. The staff were very friendly when you saw them. Is was fine of a long weekend and they allowed dogs to stay

Cannot be beaten for the price.

Area has couple of restaurants and couple of fish and chips but mostly shut at 10 pm.

The rooms were old but clean. For a night or two its ok. Its a good value for money. Not very ideal if you are with kids. Restaurant and bar are good.

The room needed updating, new carpet and the bathroom area needed some mould removal. Comfortable beds and quiet. Parking was a struggle, recommend parking on the main road. Just to note our room area building had no lifts.

everything was clean . i know to expect problems in an older hotel but the bathroom especially needs repairing , very cracked basin pedestal and toilet often would not flush No tv reception but understandable given the location .

No se puede considerar un hotel de 3 estrellas. Ni siquiera hotel. Hay hosteles y albergues en mejor calidad y estado con menor rango de hoteleria. La cama de matrimonio, son 2 colchones pegados, uno con muelles que molestan. La ducha sin presion de agua caliente. Dentro de un rollo de papel, encontramos un vaper, de algun otro usuario o servicio de limpieza. Avisamos de estas situaciones y lo unico que dijeron fue "gracias y lo siento". Lamentable.
