Stayed for 1 night. Rooms are a bitnolder but clean and comfortable. No issues and definitely will stay again

The hot tub wasn’t hot, the bathtub didn’t drain properly

Need Reno for sure

The staff and service was great. We were happy to see signs up that they are in the midst of renovating, because the property definitely needs it. The AC was not working in our room, TVs were very old and unable to stream or cast to from personal devices, which would have been ok if they actually had any channels. Our last day we also had no hot water which meant no showers or soaks in the jacuzzi tub we paid extra for. We have stayed here before and been happy with the property so hopefully these renos will being it back to where it was and should be.

Roughly every half hour I could hear the pipes and the ducting from the furnace banging from my room, it was quite annoying

There is a loud banging noise in the room. I'm assuming it is at the HVAC unit. I changed rooms; different floor, different side of the hotel; still awaken to banging noise.

One night stop on the way thru to Banff. Excellent location next door to Starbucks attached to Denny’s and a straight shot out to Hwy 1 west.

Nice but quiet hotel. Great rooms and lots of amenities. Would definitely stay again.

This place really needs some better cleaning/work. It was just a gross and very uncomfortable experience. Dirty rooms, uncomfortable beds and pillows. Bedding feels like paper towels and the couches in the room are absolutely disgusting. Saw an employee smoking inside the building too asked about it and they just said it’s common for people to do that. It’s so unfortunate since you are paying quite a bit of money.
