The first room we were given had a pair of mens dirty gross underwear on the floor...so called the front desk and they gave us a "clean" room....the 2nd room we got, the bathroom counters were not wiped, the tv had constant gray static lines through it....there was excavators and construction running right out our room window all night. A warning about that would have been nice. Definitely not worth what we paid. Will not be back

Room was clean, hotel is outdated for sure but not to bad.

Clean , tidy and quiet

The staff was friendly and that was the only positive thing about this hotel. The heater in the room didn't work properly. The room was cold and the blanket was thin and didn't help. The alarm went off in the middle of the night at 4am and the kids paniced. I think it was due to the heater (or carbon monoxide). The heater was an outdated system. We already had a disturbed sleep due to the room being cold. After the alarm incident we were very anxious and couldn't sleep at all. To add to it, we didn't get hot water in the bathroom. The housekeeper also checked and said it was probably due to the room not been occupied in a while. My kids had to take a bath in cold water in the night (after playing in the pool). Next day morning the staff asked us to use another room to take a shower. We felt there weren't many people in the hotel and it was under occupied. There were only 6-10 cars in the parking lot. The hotel had a pool and slide. The slide was good but the pool was cold. The hot tub was luke warm. Overall we had a poor experience in the hotel and felt insecure staying there.

Room was not great- dripping taps, stains on carpet. Pool and hot tub were not clean.

Very loud. Could hear everything. Breakfast was sad. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Just not worth the money. Low end hotel

Staff were friendly. Room was nice. Sink was not draining and noticed panel to pipes was off. Lights in bathroom flickered every so often and became annoying when I was doing my make up. Advised staff at check out.

Room was cold. Fridge didnt work. Crowded at breakfast. Needed to be open unti 10 am. Staff pleasant

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, front staff and housekeeping were friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable and open early. Will stay again.

We found 4 white pills on the floor between bed side table and bed left from previous occupants. Also breakfast was from 6 to 9 am and a family came down to eat at 8:35 and the worker made sure she told them that breakfast was over at 9. And there was lots of food left to eat at that time. I would not recommend this place to others. Was just okay

The breakfast was good, the kids really enjoyed the waterslide and I enjoyed the hot tub. The room was a bit dated but overall our stay was great. Front desk staff were fantastic at check in, the housekeeper kept us taken care of, would stay there again :)

Staff was great! Pool was fun for the kids! Bed in room was very, very uncomfortable unfortunately.

The room heat was turned off in the room. Took forever to warm up from 15 degrees. Room was clean but dated back to the early 2000’s. Microwave stacked on the fridge, not in a cabinet.

Breakfast was as expected

Kids had a great time on the water slide and enjoyed the waffles at breakfast!

Room.. specifically bathroom wasn't completely spotless this time but the Staff is always courteous. Arrived late and staff member helped with tv and wifi issues. Like the parking and room to run pets. Would stay again if the ratings stay high.
