We had two rooms on the top floor, and I would suggest that if you are taller than 5ft4, you do not reserve these! With the slopes, it is impossible to walk around without bending. The rooms were basic and as advertised. The key for me was the location, we could pretty much walk everywhere. I saw a lot of negative reviews about the noise but it did not bother any of us. In any case, they provide ear plugs in their welcome package if needed. There is NO PHYSICAL front desk - note that this is a virtual front desk which is very responsive via WhatsApp. We saw one of the guests having some trouble entering the building and they were able to reach someone right away. Overall this was a 3.5 for me in terms of the room, and 5 in terms of location.

Excelente lugar, accesible

プエルタ・デル・ソルやマヨール広場、グランビア通りに近く観光の拠点として最適のロケーションです。ルームキーのコードがメールで送られてきてチェックインも専用端末で行うので、あっているかどうか不安もありましたが問題なくできました。ソファーベッドの出し方が分からず困っていたところ、たまたま通りかかった清掃スタッフの方がとても親切に対応してくれました。レジデンスタイプのホテルで食器類も充実していたので、スペイン最後の夜はスーパーで食材を買ってきて部屋でホームパーティー風に食事をとりました。またぜひ泊まりたいホテルです。

It was our first time in Madrid and this property is conveniently located to all the main sights in Madrid. Everything is walkable and there are so many restaurant options. We got a lower level unit close to the street, and it wasn’t all that quiet at night. Ear plugs are a must. We also like to keep the room cool and the AC wasn’t working - just the heater. I would however stay here again because of the location.

El apartamento muy bonito, limpio, el nuestro en especial tenía 2 baños y eso estuvo increíble. Y a pesar del excelente estado de la propiedad, lo mejor de todo es la ubicación del hotel. Llegas caminando a los mejores puntos de Madrid como La Gran Vía, la Puerta del Sol, el Palacio Real, la Catedral de Almudena, la Plaza Mayor.

Es de entender que como no hay personal que atienda directamente a los huéspedes ya que todo es virtual, creo que es necesario que exista un conserje para pequeñas necesidades, estuvimos 5 noches y no se presta servicio de limpieza de la habitación, de resto la habitación fue muy espaciosa y agradable.

At the beginning, I had a really good impression. The room looked big, clean and had all the utensils I needed. The longer I stayed I had noticed the disadvantages of this stay. I must say, it is really located conveniently as many shops, restaurants and main attractions are reachable by foot in no time. However, at the same time it was very loud, I constantly heard the closing and opening of the old and big door. It was always like a loud punch against the wall which could wake me up out of a sudden. Also the walls are very thinn or the door is not well isolated as you could always hear the neighbours or people in the corridors. I believe the hotel already knew about the place being loud, which is why they provided ear plugs in advance.

Great place for comfort and flexibility of your stay. Very spacious and modern decor. However, it was very noisy overnight which disturbed our sleep. Ear plugs were provided but not effective. The AC units were difficult to use to heat up the room if you are planning to go in the colder weather.

El baño olía a caño muy fuerte y era complicado estar más de un minuto ahí, tuvimos que tapar el lavábamos y usar la cocina para bajar un poco el olor pero aún así hay un problema urgente a arreglar. El ruido de afuera es muy alto tanto que te regalan tapones para oídos, hay mucha construcción, fiesta campanadas autos etc. Las escaleras para el segundo piso están muy peligrosas, la tele no se pudo conectar al network entonces no se puede ver Netflix. El lugar es impráctico e incómodo. Lo único que valió la pena fue el location, muy céntrico. Práctico check in y tener elevador.

El lugar es súper seguro y tiene su encanto reflejando la arquitectura de su siglo. El balcón está muy bonito. A solo unos minutos caminando del palacio y gran vía - muy céntrico

Super locatie, binnen een straal van 10 minuten lopen vind je alles. Helaas bij ons bezoek werd er gewerkt aan de straat, zodat elke ochtend veel lawaai was.

Exelente lo malo es que mucho ruido cuando recogen la basura y hay obras alrededor desde las 6 am trabajándo haciendo ruido y el camión de la basura pasa a las 4 am haciendo ruido
