We had a shared terrace with the room next to ours, which wasn’t clear when we booked and felt a bit uncomfortable. Our first and second night the hotel had a live band playing until about 2am and after that fireworks.. They did not tell us about this on beforehand. Other than that, beutiful view and nice deck at the beach (a bit hard to get to though).

It is an older property. The air conditioning was not working to capacity while we were there. Our room was VERY HOT. We complained and were told we would be moved to another room (twice) and then were told, both times, that the air conditioning had been repaired by their tech. The first night we were moved to a room with air. The 2nd night, we were told the air was fixed. The room was still hot.

Beautiful location and friendly warm staff

Soggiorno piacevolissimo. Ristorante con un ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità, il che ci ha portato a cenare sempre in hotel, anche perché la terrazza del ristorante è spettacolare.

The hotel and staff were wonderful; gorgeous pool inside and outside. The only negative I have is I wish there was an elevator to go to the beach. It's not easy to walk up 200 stairs.

La plage et la piscine de l'hôtel sont vraiment tres bien, neanmoins nous avions des chambres qui donnaient sur le jardin et donc a cote de l'une des routes les plus passantes de l'île, impossible de dormir ave la fenetre ouverte et on entendait les voitures fenetres fermées

OTROLIG utsikt med en fantastisk brygga nere vid havet. Supertrevlig personal både i lobby och restaurang som även hjälpte oss fixa lite frukostfika och kaffe till vår tidiga färja när vi skulle upp vid 05.30. Gångavstånd ned till hamnen, även upp funkade men blev såklart varmt.

Wonderful and clean. Selma and Manuela were wonderful at the bar and restaurant. Selma was especially wonderful and friendly

We had a wonderful time at Le Querce. The staff was helpful and friendly, the property was beautiful, and we were upgraded to a better room upon arrival. We would definitely come again!

Beautiful hotel! Quiet, comfortable, friendly staff. We can’t wait to go back!!

Vista incrível, atendimento exemplar,bom café da manhã,porta do chuveiro pequena permitindo o vazamento da água para o ouso externo do banheiro.Apto 104 muito bom, a parede externa da varanda requer manutenção.

Le cadre de l’hôtel est magnifique, la chambre très propre, le personnel est très attentionné et le petit déjeuner et dîner très bon

Fint hotell. Stort, bekvämt rum med stor balkong (vi hade suite). Rent. Underbar pool med fantastisk utsikt. God frukost med allt som man kan önska sig. Trevlig och vänlig staff. Kommer absolut tillbaka!

It was great view to the sea, delicious food, very good resort in every level.

Beautiful property, front desk staff were very helpful, shuttle to town was handy but would have been nice if more frequent trips. Property has it's own beach but be aware that there are about 200 steps to get there.

This will be my new vacation spot when I come to Ischia. I absolutely love this resort. The rooms are spacious with Italian charm. And I love that they have an on-site restaurant and bar with a view of the sea that is breathtaking. The staff is professional, courteous, and helpful.

Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura scegliendo la camera doppia superior vista mare (volutamente scelta considerando il costo maggiore). Arrivati, ci viene assegnata una camera totalmente differente rispetto a quella prenotata (sul sito venivano caricate le foto delle diverse camere prenotabili). Fatto notare alla reception, ci viene proposto un cambio camere con una leggermente migliore ma comunque diversa da quella prenotata. La struttura non ha neanche pensato di scontare qualcosa dal costo oppure offrire qualche servizio per scusarsi della loro ingannevole pubblicità. Il complesso gode di un’ottima posizione panoramica (anche se scomodo per raggiungere i centri abitati), è chiaramente datato e mecessiterebbe di una importante modernizzazione. Viene offerto un servizio navetta che però prevede orari di partenza del tutto inadeguati rispetto alla posizione della struttura. La colazione, pur offrendo prodotti discreti, non è assolutamente all’altezza del costo del soggiorno. Buoni i servizi spa e spiaggia (seppur con più di 200 gradini per raggiungerla). Complessivamente non credo che l’albergo possa presentarsi come un decantato 4 stelle. Lodevole il panorama e le terrazze comuni. Non credo che tornerò.
