Clean and very nice breakfast.

We have never had a problem with this hotel and understand things happen, but the reason I scored poorly was due to the fact that there were baby cockroaches in our bathroom and foyer. They seemed to be coming up from the shower drain and sink in foyer. I saw a small one on a lamp shade but nowhere else that we could see. I thought maybe it was just our room, but i saw two in the lobby.

It's always especially quiet and the blackout blinds keep your room amazingly dark after sun up.

Great hotel , friendly staff , nice rooms and comfy bed !

The woman who checked me in was rude, she must not have liked me because someone else checked in right behind me and she was polite to him, even offered him a bottle of water. The thing I wasn’t happy about was that the door on our room had a gap so at night the light from the hallway was clearly visible. Also it allowed all the conversations from the hallway feel like they were in our room. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broke and barely hanging on the wall. Other than that the hotel itself was beautiful, all other staff was super nice.

Everything about the hotel was great! Helpful staff, great rooms. The roosters around are aggressive in the morning and we got chased when we were out for a stroll by the pool, but otherwise, a great stay!

location, spacious room, walking to restaurants + across the street to buy flip flops for my teen who forgot his . Breakfast was decent. my only complaint, room carpet ,,yikes my 7 year old was barefoot and her feet could show the carpet hasn't been washed. overall would stay again. good night rest.
