Great location!

I booked this hotel for my (non-French speaking) parents (mid-70's). The staff was lovely, they really liked their room, and on an otherwise noisier section of Reims, they felt the room was quiet and got a good night's rest. This area of Reims is a 10 min walk to the cathedral and quite centrally located.

The rooms are nice and service is exceptional. Location is very good but be aware that this is a very different area of the Champagne region. Your in the heart of city and not in the bucolic countryside. The parking is very convenient (and about 20 Euros a day) as the parking lot entrance is right in front of the hotel. What we paid was very reasonable and the personnel/service there was 5 stars.

This hotel is in the perfect location for staying in Reims. The rooms were nice and quiet at night despite being in a busy area. Hotel staff were very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend the hotel for staying in the area.

Excellent staff across the board — friendly, English-speaking, and genuinely attentive. Early check-in after a long transatlantic journey was a small miracle and much appreciated. Room was comfortable if not exceptional. Solid choice for Reims. Two nights of “final/final” at the bar with Mateo, and we would do it again without hesitation. Terrific storyteller, skilled mixologist, and generous with recommendations. He made a superb Vesper and knew the Bond backstory behind it — which always adds to the fun. He also introduced us to Chartreuse. Enough said.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com bom atendimento e limpeza. O quarto poderia ser maior, ter frigobar e melhores amenidades. Outro bom fator é que tem um estacionamento bem próximo.

The thing I really didn’t like was the separate space for thr toilet, the room was really small and you had to move from one side where the toilet is to the other side where the sink room was . Really not nice, but that’s what some hotels do to squeeze as much money as they can..

Es un hotel muy elegante , muy bien ubicado. El desayuno es muy rico, porque te hacen los huevos al momento como los quieras. Lo único que les falta en una máquina de café.

Everything about this hotel including the location, staff and customer service are excellent. Its my go to place and I book it every time I can when I am in Reims, 5 Stars and more an amazing place to stay.

Belle chambre

Très bon accueil réception et bar personnel très agréable. Belle décoration de l’hôtel. Le Spa est très beau . Petits ajustements ! Mettre des verres dans les chambres , des mugs dans la tisanerie du spa.
