This hotel has the best staff I have ever personally encountered. I am staying here due to a medical emergency that occurred with my mother. They have been beyond helpful, caring and understanding! I cannot thank them enough and can’t give a high enough rating. 5 Stars just isn’t enough for how incredible they have been. The rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable and they address any issues immediately!! Highly recommend staying here!

Parking was plentiful and within a locked gate; safety features much appreciated. The evening, dinner buffet and breakfast buffet was plentiful in choices and the staff around the hotel was wonderful.

Siamo arrivati all'incirca verso le 23 e non c'è stato nessun problema nell'effettuare il check-in. Il parcheggio esterno videosorvegliato e recintato è una grandissima comodità, il personale è stato gentilissimo e l'hotel all'altezza delle aspettative.

The hotel is a 10 minute bike tide from Bullicame Thermal Springs, a lovely free park with hot pools, and thr Botanic Garden. We borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a delightful visit. The dinner buffet was delicious and affordable, with a wide variety of foods. Hotel is immediately next to a bus station and a mall and a 20 minute walk from the old city walls. Everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations. Great job!
