The Hotel facilities are excellent. However, staff and service are just about average. Service is slow. Finding table at breakfast or a seat by the pool was very difficult. Staff were less than helpful in this respect. We stayed in a suite. Cost high but service did not match this

J ai réservé une chambre de luxe avec vue et j ai eu une chambre avec vue sur la route Donc on a demandé à changer de chambre et cela avec un supplément La 2 eme chambre était super avec vue jardin et piscine et très confortable

It is a wonderful hotel, only let down by downright unhelpful and inefficient reception staff. They should realise that the guests are their most important asset and attend to them with a little more alacrity

Service impeccable, petite déception au niveau de la chambre

L’hôtel a besoin de beaucoup de rénovation la chambre et les couloirs très mauvais état en plus le service était très long à la réception 2h pour avoir la chambre

O atendimento do hotel no geral foi excelente, mas o atendimento e experiência no spa foi ruim, tratamento em sala claustrofobica, sendo que tinham salas maiores, tratamento mecânico sem atenção ao cliente. Foram extremamente preconceituosos comigo e meu marido, pore sermos um casa gay.

Bel hotel cependant ne prenez pas la demi pension avec expedia elle vous en coûtera le double de la demi pension sur place. Demi pension pas intéressante du tout, aucune information au client alors que sur place le repas est forfaitaire et plafonné par client à 35 euros. Expedia facture au double, à éviter.

Beautiful property with very friendly staff. Would highly recommend and certainly stay again!

Great value.

The staff was extremely non responsive and unaccommodating. We had several basic requests and the staff took sometimes over 2 hrs to respond. The housekeeping was HORRIBLE!!! Floor was not vacuumed. No wash cloths, linens on the bed were not changed daily. Coffee pot not cleaned and water wasn’t refreshed. The men that worked at the front desk were VERY RUDE and abrasive, from being questioned. I was not happy with this property.

Breakfast was amazing, mattress horrible. They moved us to different room it was slightly better

El servicio de las personas q trabajen en el hotel es pésimo hacen q tu experiencia sea una pesadilla, si pueden mejor quedarse en mamounia o nobu, realmente mas que Terrible la Experiencia con el personal, incluyendo las personas que están afuera para ayudarte con los taxis es terrible. En nuestra estadía nos pudimos dar cuenta que no fuimos los Únicos que protestamos y requerimos de la atención del manager pero igual no soluciona absolutamente nada; creo que todo el staff está mal entrenado para trabajar en hoteles, y lo digo con conocimiento de causa en todo el sentido. Best hotel i have ever stayed. Amazing service and you were made to feel luxury from the checkin to check out. All staffs friendly and got personalised service. Location is perfect and worth the amount you pay. it made the holiday special

Nous sommes arrivés mardi et reparti dimanche le problème à notre arrivée belle accueil ensuite une fois installé ce n’était plus la même obligé de réclamer des serviettes car nous étions 2 et on nous mettait 1 seule serviette, nous avons réclamé du café 3 jours de suite et rien pour finir la réception que j’ai eut au téléphone me répond que le café est payant j’ai répondu ce n’est pas la question quand on prend une suite à plus de 500€ la nuit on n’est pas à un café près.

Service pas à la hauteur

You need to be careful about their charges. My room was paid in advance via Expedia. I had to pay only local tax. They took the credit card info as a hold and one day after I see that they have charged the whole amount t again via my credit card. Fortunately I was coming back to Marrakech again and complained and they reversed the charge. If I left the country I’m sure it would have been a headache to get a refund. Please make sure that they do not double charge you. Other than that the service was good.

Everything was lovely....except....both mornings that I was there, there was a knocking sound at 6:30 am which woke me, which sounded like someone was already doing works in the rooms above me. I complained the second morning. The location is very convenient, everyone was very friendly, and the service was excellent.
