Hotel is under renovation. Parking lot torn up. Exit doors to stairways blocked. Breakfast was poor, no eggs. Room itself was good, recently renovated. But the rest of hotel seemed to be under construction.

Renovations were underway-building being painted, also some parking lot work, parking lot full of workers. Shocked about that as nothing was mentioned on hotels.com. Checkin went smoothly, beds comfy, the wing where we stayed was clean. Good staff and great breakfast. Omelets to order as you like them. Internet service good. Large breakfast area, which was pleasant. July 28, 2025.

Property is under renovation. But was nice

Easy access right off I-80. Going through extensive remodel so, stairs closest to my room were blocked off. My remodeled room was spacious, clean, furniture was nice, window opened & had a screen. Bed was nice also, but i prefer a bit firmer. Staff that i interacted with were great. The breakfast options were excellent, omlete made to order, biscuits & gravy, sausage, waffles, hash browns, cereal, muffins, juices, coffee. No, didn't have it all, that's just what i saw, i may have missed something. I'd certainly stay again if passing through Rock Springs.

The room was clean and newly updated. The breakfast was awesome. Even though there were some renovations going on - our stay was excellent. The staff friendly and helpful.

Property Under Construction, Bed Bugs, Breakfast was the best part. Custom Omlets and such made it easy to leave without complaining. Not the best place, not the worse place. Make sure its clean.

Parking lot was on terrible shape and they are in the middle of construction but room was nice.

Convenient to highways Some remodel done , old furnishings in newly remodeled room , chipped tub. Tiny elevator

They’re in the middle of remodeling and even though there’s lots going on, it still kept very clean and the staff is very helpful and the services are extremely good

This place is a good value. But my room had a old tv and the tub wouldnt drain at 715 am the construction started as usual. The people who work here are nice.

This property is under construction upgrade when I stayed. However, the property management has done a good job of minimizing the inconvenience to their customers.

Great service, great setting! Friendly staff. April took awesome care of us.
