Convenient

For Americans it is different than what we are used to, but the service, the room, the view, the location to the ferries and the cleanliness were all excellent. Just being on the 3rd floor of an office building was unique.

Très bel hôtel , propre , bien équipé. Personnel adorable . A l’accueil l’hôtesse nous a aidé à préparé notre trajet pour aller à Herculanum et Pompei en métro et train . L’hôtel se situe en plein centre ville et à 5 minutes à pied du métro . Avec la Clim et le double vitrage on n’entend pratiquement pas les bruits extérieurs. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux .

I was pretty disappointed when I got to the hotel, it didn’t look like the pictures at all. The photos online made it seem much nicer than it actually was, which was a letdown and really took away from the experience. AC took for ever to catch set point and we are in May, imaging this situation in July with real hot weather, main was not closing properly (had to struggle to lock it down), the safe box did not work. Wait there is more, I have to mention that the hotel is in the 3er fl of a residential building[, but it was only one night and let it go. That said, the people working there really made a difference. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. It’s just too bad that the actual look and feel of the hotel didn’t live up to what was shown online. Overall, great staff, but the place itself wasn’t what I expected.

A 3rd floor hotel with elevator - yay! Simple room but well appointed. Bedding great and large shower and bathroom. Concierge very helpful and available 24/7. Lovely breakfast included. Great coffee.

Bellissima camera davvero molto curata e pulita. Posizione ottima e strategica. Colazione completa ! Ottima scelta

Good location, clean, very polite and helpful personal, especially Antonio and Josefin. Very good and rich breakfast. Large, clean and comphort room. Only the one problem is very noisy in rooms facing the main road due to poorly compacted aluminum door and window frames.

Hotel muito bem localizado, em região central da cidade, com fácil acesso aos pontos turísticos, transportes públicos, ao porto e ao aeroporto. O hotel está localizado em um prédio comercial antigo, sendo que o hotel ocupa apenas parte do prédio. Portanto, não há um letreiro indicando que aquele é o prédio do hotel. Há um interfone na entrada do prédio para comunicação com a recepção do hotel para abrir a porta de acesso ao prédio. Tudo bem tranquilo pois a recepção é guarnecida 24hrs. O hall do prédio tem uma cara antiga com um pouco de cheiro de mofo, mas a área ocupada pelo hotel está reformada e em boas condições.

Very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast ok and room clean. Could do with a few little bits putting right e.g. no lampshade on one of bedside lights. One hook broken for towel in bathroom. These are minor pints as overall was good and located in good position for all areas of naples

Todo perfecto! Nos guardaron el equipaje el día de llegada y el de salida sin ningún problema! Personal muy amable y atento, sobretodo Antonio.

Mit der Unterkunft waren wie sehr zufrieden, das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, saubere Zimmer und sehr Zentral gelegen. Wir haben unser Aufenthalt um weiter zwei Tage verlängert. Das Frühstück war leider nicht gut und mit sehr wenig Auswahl, wenn das Frühstück Angebot besser wäre hätte hätte diese Unterkunft bei der Bewertung die volle Punktzahl hoch verdient.

Place seemed to be refurbished recently and everything looked good. But our room was next to the entrance door that makes a very strong buzz noise whenever someone tries to enter. Woke me up several times during the night. Still people are nice and breakfast was fantastic

In the blazing heat, our air conditioner did not work. It was hell. on the 2nd night, it decided to work but not very well, however, it did cool the room slightly which was welcomed in the scorching heat.

While the accommodation is ok, the hotel is unethical in their business practices. They charged me 30 euros to have a second person in the room even though there policy says two people are allowed. I would never return here.
