Doing construction when I went toooo loud couldn’t enjoy my stay besides that hotel 10/10 looks good staff is nice

Nice place, great staff and good beach club.

El personal fue muy atento y amable durante toda nuestra estadía, lo cual agradecemos sinceramente. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, con fácil acceso a muchos lugares de interés, y el área se siente muy segura para caminar. Sin embargo, me gustaría compartir algunas observaciones con la intención de que puedan ser consideradas en futuras mejoras. La habitación que nos asignaron era un poco pequeña y carecía de ciertas comodidades que suelen encontrarse en hoteles similares, como microondas, reloj y muebles adicionales. La nevera disponible no enfriaba correctamente, y en ocasiones se percibía un olor extraño en la habitación. También notamos que algunas toallas y parte de la ropa de cama no estaban en las mejores condiciones, incluyendo manchas visibles. Entendemos que el hotel se encuentra en proceso de remodelación, lo cual valoramos como una señal de compromiso con la mejora. Agradecemos la hospitalidad del personal y esperamos que estas observaciones puedan servir para continuar elevando la experiencia del huésped.

The Hotel is in renovation phase but no noise or disruption

Me facturaron dos veces a mi tarjeta cuando ya habian retirado el dinero de la tarjeta. Para los gastos finales de hotel. Estoy muy molesto. Entiendo que eso es un fraude. Este hotel no sirve en facturacion.

My go to Hotel very affordable, very convenient 1 block away from the beach & stores & restaurants. Witnessed 7am pool cleaning daily. Stayed for Father’s Day. Already booked for August as well.

I have two of the renovated suites and they were so comfort.

Room was not clean... dirty towells too.

The guy manager was amazing. He was the sweetest man I’ve ever came across. Was little disappointed because this is advertised as beachfront and it’s not. But very close to walk. The property was being renovated when we stayed so that was a minus. Stuff like that she be stated on website. Property stated it had 3 restaurants but they turned one into a gym. Property wasn’t like they advertised. But the manager made my stay awesome. Rooms clean and hotel overall clean and nice.

The swimming pool was in construction.

Al llegar la recepcionista fue amable. El área de la piscina está muy bonita, tiene barra y están bien los precios. No me gustó la habitación, primero no estaba del todo limpia, había una fresa debajo de la cama, la puerta del balcón estaba dañada y no cerraba, y la habitación se sentía vacía y con muy poca decoración. Creo que necesitan remodelar las habitaciones, aunque ya el hotel está remodelando su lobby, así que espero q también puedan remodelarlas ya que están un poco deterioradas.

It was a great stay, very quiet and chill. The restaurant was nice and the food was good. The only thing I didnt like was that they only had one person for the check in process and the line was a bit long.

SMH !!! Nope I won’t stay here again … yes it’s a great location! You can walk to the beach and to some eatery spots. But I didn’t like the rooms. I had to BEG for a microwave .. while I was in a “newer” room and that’s after they originally gave me an older room and those smell and are dingy looking. Like a motel ! Luckily they changed us and it was ok the pool was nice and the staff was ok that’s why I’m giving them a 5/10 but a luxury hotel - no they are not!

The property allowed us to visit their private members only beach/resort. It was a wonderful experience.
