Checking in, mentioned a sea view would be nice, then got allocated a standard sea view room in preference to the premium non sea view room, the allocated room was significantly cheaper, asked to change back got offered some choice, a premium room with double twin beds looking over car park, and a King room, larger but with a sea view. Opted for the King room but it just left a feeling of it was a lottery, if you were lucky enough to be offered an upgrade, I would have thought it to be a premium room with sea view. Good point, staff came across as friendly and helpful. Breakfast quality varied across our 3 mornings. Our bed was a sprung mattress, firm and noisy if turning. Room servicing was fine.
