Very nice hotel, great location with lots of food options close by. Parking is under the hotel and very convenient. Room was clean and modern and staff very helpful. We originally book this hotel for one night but extended it to two nights due to a poor hotel experience the prior night.

Well situated for the Altestadt and the attractions. A reasonable walk from the station but acceptable. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast buffet in a light and attractive first floor breakfast room with views. The ground floor entrance is a little unprepossessing but the welcome was good and the room made comfortable by the air conditioning, which was needed. A short walk from the attractions in the city.

Everything was as expected with regard to the room and the bathroom. The breakfast was very nice, and the staff were all very helpful.

The restaurant needs a better menu but otherwise great place to stay.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage um Freiburg und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Man ist fussläufig in wenigen Minuten am Münster und in der Altstadt. Im Hotel selbst ist alles prima. Gutes Frühstücksbufett und auch die Parksituation ist super. Vom Parkhaus direkten Zugang zum Hotel und die Parkgebühren sind für Hotelgäste ermässigt. Alles in Allem ein super Aufenthalt und nur weiter zu empfehlen.

Snelle check in, makkelijk parkeren. Kamer keurig, heerlijke douche. Personeel vriendelijk, ontbijt prima. Maar de ligging van het hotel is perfect!

Top gepflegtes Hotel mitten in der Innenstadt von Freiburg. Münster ist in der Nähe. Es gibt ausreichend Personal beim Check-In und Check-Out, ebenso beim Frühstück. Das war reichhaltig und es für jeden Geschmack etwas. Zimmer war sauber. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Gut gelegen ,keine 5 min. vom Münster. Alles, was benötigt-bis auch einen Schuhanzieher! . Safe zu niedrig eingebaut, da muss man auf Knie, um ihn bedienen zu können! Kleinigkeiten!!

Das Personal waren sehr freundlich.Die Lage war sehr gut.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect just a short walk from the city center and plenty of restaurants nearby. There’s also a paid parking garage right underneath, which was really convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.

We spent two nights in Freiburg at this hotel. The town is beautiful and we had a great visit. So much to do and see. The market on the church square was beautiful on Saturday morning. A couple of things to know. It is a short walk to the hotel from the train but recommend you take the city tram. It lets off very close to the hotel. We walked but one of our luggage wheels did not survive the journey over the cobble stone streets. The room was nice but there was insufficient cooling and it was warm at night for sleeping. The hotel location is perfect for walking to most city attractions but the city rail will take you just about everywhere. A couple day pass is a good idea and inexpensive. Do not opt for the breakfast buffet. There are cheaper and better options for breakfast close by. One breakfast restaurant on the square near the church in the center of town was especially nice but can’t recall the name. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend a stay.
