Nice contemporary room..loved the free chilled water.

It was a truly fantastic stay. Everything was perfect!

Hotel is located in a quiet area of Brussels but just a 25 minute walk into the centre or short taxi ride. Plenty bars and restaurants nearby and there a great patisserie located opposite in the square for morning coffee and a croissant before setting out for the day. Strongly recommend a day trip to Bruges & Ghent on the train

部屋はバスルームも含めて非常に清潔で、スタッフは礼儀正しく親切でした。レオポルド公園のすぐ近くで、歩いて10分でbrussel-scumman駅は空港に20分弱で乗換えなしで行けて、観光の中心のCentral駅にも地下鉄で10分くらいで行けます。観光の拠点としてはCentralが便利かもしれませんが、こちらの立地は落ち着いていて、治安が良いと感じました。

Slient, clean, friendly. Very service-minded staff. Good beds, real water pressure in the shower. Already looking forward to the next visit in a couple of months.

All was good, except for WiFi, though they had WiFi, they didn’t have secure WiFi acceptable to corporate VPN policies. Hence the only option was to connect to Ethernet when I needed to connect to work VPN. Staff was courteous and friendly, clean room and good location.

Chambre spacieuse et lit confortable. Body lotion vide dans la salle de bain, fenêtre découverte ouverte en début de soirée après une journée de neige . Pas de carafe d’eau à la réception en agrément. Boutique Neuhaus dans l’hôtel pas reliée aux autres boutiques et donc au compte fidélité assez déceptif. Service petit déjeuner agréable, bon mais ne vaut pas les 40 euros. Clairement pas les standards du 5 étoiles.

Hello, The room was fine, not a 5 rating but fine. Staff was top! But to charge 70euros for an early check in when you have availability on the room I’m to stay in is the first time ever for me. Especially surprising for a five star establishment. Thanks

Bestemt ikke i det romantiske område, mere for business folk m.m. De var venlige og serviceminded i baren, resten havde for travlt med business folk der kunne fransk.

The Hotel is pretty beaten up. Not enough people to serve guests. Mold in the shower, Broken furniture, No Body welcoming you at arrival....
