Pleasant

We had a lovely one night stay. The staff were polite and welcoming, the room was tidy and in good condition, and the breakfast was perfect. It was nice to have a 12pm checkout so we didn't feel rushed. Would 100% recommend and would happily stay again.

Amazing from entering the hotel, receptionist was friendly helpful and engaging. Restaurant staff were great helpful not rushing you through your order and constantly maintaining the dining area. Rooms were clean and comfortable

You only get three stars because of the food and drinks served. Breakfast was excellent but the pasta dish I had for my evening meal was very bland and tasteless and the bottle of Rioja I was served a glass from had clearly been open for quite a while and the wine was going off. Otherwise the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.

Very pleasant overnight stay, all staff were attentive and credit to hotel.

Our first time using Holiday Inn and it was a very pleasant change from other budget hotels.Having staff welcome you at reception is a great start.The accessible room we requested was completely satisfactory for my wife who has Alzheimer's and movement and cognitive issues.An incident with my wife in the early morning hours when she lost her sense of bearing was dealt with professionally and with sensitivity by the night staff and we are both very grateful.We have booked another stay and are glad we have found this little gem.

Amazing stay as usual. Excellent breakfast menu cooked and cold all brilliant lovely welcoming staff. Room tidy and quiet all facilities were working as usual. Lovely surroundings for dogs 🐕 to walk.
