The ice rooms, hallways and bar are really impressive! You really can’t help but be amazed by all the ice art. The warm cabins where great too, central location, roomy and better priced than the warm hotel rooms. Breakfast and lunch buffe where very good. We had dinner at Hembygdsgården, a 15 min walk from the hotel and really enjoyed it. Some people in my company took the dog sled ride and couldn’t stop raving about it. I didn’t sleep well in the ice room, the narrow reindeer fur slid away from underneath my sleeping bag and it got cold. If i’d go again I’d stay in a warm cabin and enjoy the ice art without sleeping in the cold.

great and fun excursion. ice hotel restaurant terrible for dinner. homestead was good tho. bring your wine and drinks or pay 600 sec for bottom shelf bottle and 200 sec for a glass. everything is 3x too expensive. great sauna experience especially if you’re feeling rich. the warm rooms are very comfy. people sleeping in the cold mostly complained about discomfort.

Everythings perfect!

El hotel es hermoso, hay mucho arte en la edificación nueva, la que se crea sólo la para la temporada. Igualmente las habitaciones 360 son hermosas y bien trabajadas, algunas tienen cuarto caliente contiguo, lo que es ideal si uno espera comodidad al pasar una noche de hielo (pero que las 360 no son auténticas). Nosotros optamos por la habitación de hielo de temporada, ya que consideramos que es mas auténtico, no sentimos frío, sólo al entrar y salir, te dan una bolsa de dormir que si eres claustrofóbico puede resultarte incómoda. Deberían poner mas vestidores considerando que no tienes el uso de la habitación para cambiarte, sólo hay uno! igualmente deberían ofrecer cuartos de baño con lavatorio para los que nos quedamos en las habitaciones de hielo, vi que las habitaciones 360 si lo tienen, debería ser lo mismo para las habitaciones de hielo

Værelserne var fine - ikke noget udover det sædvanlige, men fine. Personalet var ok, men vi opdagede desværre for sent at de ikke havde informeret ordentligt om udstillingerne, hvilket gjorde vi gik glip af den ene. Det håber vi fremad der bliver gjort noget ved.

Upgraded to art room and it was lovely!

Gode rummelige værelser i den varme sektion. Super venligt personale. Vi havde problemer med TV'et på rummet, men det blev løst så hurtigt som muligt, og hotellet gav en gratis frokost som plaster på såret. Nem adgang til udstyr til at håndtere kulden udenfor og indenfor i de kolde værelser.

They told us they had plans for our birthday and that they didn't care at all, and that they had no information at all about the services that included us, and that it was just a beautiful place, but overall they didn't provide good service at all and charged for the smallest services.

Great and favorite place to stay with activities and art. But guys you should really work on the service quality. Its below average and you can see that personnel is untrained and does not only give an F about visitors nor do they know how to do it. That includes all staff (with some exceptions at the Riverside lobby) at the reception, bars, restaurants etc. Step up your game, this is not Bratislava, this is world known hotel gathering visitors from all over the world.

The staff helped out to get us on another activity as the original one had been double booked during the first day.

I enjoyed the upgraded deluxe room attached to the ice room. It was nice having a private bathroom and space to relax before bedtime. Great experience!

I can't say enough. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all our questions with a smile. Every meal was delicious. The sculptures were out of this world. Thank you for am unique experience!
