Fint hotel. Desværre var der stort vejarbejde ved hotellet der gjorde det svært at komme til og fra stedet i bil. Rengøringen ordnede kun senge hvis man ikke havde eksempelvis en trøje eller noget liggende på sengen

Hotel amenities great- free breakfast, indoor pool, guest laundry, great location from downtown and old Montreal. Currently there is a lot of construction around hotel so causes a confusion if trying to walk to any of the ammenties

I had great experience in this hotel. The hotel provides everything they promise. It's not that far from the Quebec City downtown. Because of the construction on the Laurier I would suggest to use the other road parallel to Laurier. The breakfast is a buffet with a lot of varieties. I don't know why don't they mention this in Expedia. They have lots of parking spots. I preferred the back side of the parking as it is closer to one of the entrances of the building.

The room was very smelly and had an ozone machine running; such a machine should be used only in well-ventilated spaces which this room was absolutely not. The window was sealed. The TV remove did not allow to reduce the volume.

I had to carry my luggage to my room because the buggy could only take me halfway due to the stairs located in the middle of the corridor

The breakfast area and food were great. The room was not the best. Floor was falling apart

L’endroit est propre, le déjeuner est bon. Les chambres sont rénovées au goût du jour. Par contre l’insonorisation est très mauvaise on entend tout sur l’étage, les voisins d’en haut, les chasses de toilettes etc. Ça demeure un rapport qualité prix intéressant mais pas aussi bien que les revues que j’avais vu le laissaient penser
