Lovely clean hotel with great facilities. The staff were welcoming at check in and this was very swift.

Lovely staff, good breakfast and clean room. Good value for money, only negative is the car park and leisure facilities are full of leisure club members whereby it felt less like a hotel than a room annexed to a leisure club.

The lights went off during the night in the room. I think they could have put a note under the door to advise as they still weren’t on when I left at 7.30 am . bathroom was pitch black I had to shower by the light on my phone. Use tv in bedroom for light. I’m aware this can’t be helped but no apology was given when I checked out.

Food overpriced and you couldn't move in the room it was far to small

staff was great. room was not great. little, crowded, temp was hard. Food horrible, over cooked. Only goog part was the staff, who were excellent and nice.

I stayed 2 nights overall 1st night couldn’t complain used facility’s and had food in the local area second night used faciltys. Ate in the hotel were myself and my partner had carbonara and both had food poisoning . Being sick from eating and being on toilet.

The room was a good size for 2 with a comfortable bed, and we had a nice bathroom with a lovely hot shower. My wife and I enjoyed using the gym and regret not using the pool - we will do next time I come, which is a dead cert. We had lunch in the bar on arrival and the food was quality. Breakfast was really good and there was plenty of choice. Finally, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Highky recommended.

We booked this because we wanted to be near the airport, but not stuck in a typical airport hotel. It ended up feeling like an extra holiday day, which was exactly what we wanted. Location: Convenient without feeling “too close” to the airport Staff: Consistently friendly and professional Room: Clean, modern, comfortable. Small double was what we booked, would choose king next time Food: Great quality for the price. Caesar salad, carbonara, and breakfast were all excellent Facilities: Amazing pool and spa area, surprisingly good for a 3-star, easily rivals higher-rated hotels Definitely a 5-star stay for us. We’ll be back.

Staff were very friendly

Very small room, tiny, so called double bed ,both of us fell out,while trying to turn over, got very little sleep,slipped in shower as no covering on the base ,extremely, dangerous, nowhere to hang clothes, no fridge,as were are 86 yrs and 81 we found this room very dangerous

Clean room, friendly staff

Room booked was the Family room (had filtered for 2 adults and 2 children), Husband went back to reception to ask if this was the correct room, they said yes. We were given was a tiny double room, a Cot was added to the already small room which left no space to walk, so we had to move it. All 4 of us had to sleep in a small double bed, Construction work began at 8am, waking and upsetting both baby and child, we rang the front desk to complain and ask for this loud drilling noise to stop. 10 mins later it had still not stopped so we rang again, the drilling noise was SO loud, directly in the room next to us. We had ZERO communication regarding this, not even a heads up to let us know there was work going on. Awful experience! Thankfully we were Checking Out that morning, so we just started to get ready to leave as the kids were so upset they wouldn't sleep. We had booked this hotel for my Babys 1st Birthday trip to Manchester, such a let down. No lift access - which was fine for us as we requested an accessible room. The car park is free. Only positive of this Hotel is - room was clean.

Erg vriendelijk personeel, prima faciliteiten. Enig puntje waardoor geen 5 sterren: de kamers zijn vrij klein, geen hangkast voor kleren en de bedden zijn (te) kort voor iemand van 1,95m.. Verder zou ik hier weer boeken als ik in de buurt zou zijn.

We stayed here last year and had such a good stay we returned. This time it was completely different! Breakfast food had sat under lights for hours so most of it was congealed and the bacon was so dried up it was inedible as were the eggs. The barman who served us wine was really cocky and unpleasant. The Pinot Grigio was really cheap and nasty. We heard other guests complaining about the rose as well. The room was really tiny so there was a small hanging space but nowhere to put any other clothes. Spent the weekend having to leave everything in the suitcase and hide that under the desk so you didn’t trip over it walking to the bathroom. However, the overnight cleaning was very well done, the staff at reception were pleasant and the views of the pool from the bar area are very nice, as are the views of the river from the dining area.

Room was booked as being able to check in from 1500. We arrived at 1535 but the room was not ready. Finally got our room at 1635 ISH. We were offered a £20 discount.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Room was clean but showing some signs of wear and tear. Breakfast was really great quality, though the coffee machine was a bit weak (coffee bar on site, not included, was very good and excellent value) Gym and pool facilities were really good, but a bit of a maze to navigate. Overall excellent, will definitely come back.

Shower could do with somewhere to put your shampoo and soap. Unfortunately our room,317, had mould on the ceiling.
