The Breakfast was not so Good

Convenience and excellent service!

The female receptionist was very rude, impolite,was talking to the other male receptionist in her language while we were trying to ask questions.From the beginning she wasn’t quite wanted to help us in any way. The room windows were open a lot of dust was in the room and it was too late to ask for any one to clean the dust on the floor so we thought the next day it will be cleaned but the room hasn’t been mopped off dust until we left which resulted in severe asthma attack since I am allergic to dust . I was using inhalers all the time in the room and was unable to sleep or enjoy my stay in Shanghai due to asthma . Since the receptionist was rude I didn’t want to ask her for any other help such as room cleaning so I asked the concierge Travis , he promised to attend to it but the room wasn’t cleaned off dust . I couldn’t sleep and has been suffering from asthma all throughout my stay . The concierge do nothing about organizing tours , they recommend an illegal marketplace which we were sent by a shuttle car trying to sell us products underground. The hotel is located in a very convenient place but I don’t think I will ever come back or send any friends because of the lack of hospitality.

Very reasonable price and beautiful area

Eines von vielen Hotels in Shanghai, aber mit Sicherheit nicht das schlechteste. Gefühlt etwas weg vom Schuss, aber ums Eck gab es ein kleines Shopping Center und mit dem Taxi waren die Sehenswürdigkeiten die wir uns anschauen wollten, gut zu erreichen. Gute Massage im SPA und dazu Sauna und kleiner Pool.

staff is super friendly especially their concierge extremely helpfull, as usual China Wifi in Hotels is restricted making working almost impossible only point is the bathroom had a strange smell maybe from the sink drain quite unpleasant. This was my 5th or 6th stay the location only 15 mins from office and two metro station next door nice

Very very few english spolen. At the check-out they asked me even 0,20 RMB because I was paying in cash... I gave them 1 RMB bute the change was only 0,50...😅

Comfortable and very affordable.

Room is spacious and clean except the air conditioning doesn't seem to work very well. Good view from the room. Staff are friendly.

２回ルームサービスで氷を注文した。 １回目：ルームサービス並びにロビーに何回電話しても出ず。諦める。 2回目：レセプションで直接氷をお願いする。すぐに持っていきますと言いながら、持ってこない。 またホテルの周囲には何もありません。コンビニぐらいあればいいのですが、本当に何もない。大変不便でした。

호텔 벨보이가 불러도 안와요 공항서 택시타고 갔는데 바가지요금을 당해서 도움을 청해도 안옵니다 불친절하고 관심도 없더라구요

hotel internet useless and a construction site so noisy even on weekend working couldnt sleep!

Great location

우선 가격 대비 위치나 비주얼이 훌륭합니다. 고풍스러운 외관과 유럽풍 인테리어가 가장 인상에 남아요. 욕조도 사용하기 쾌적했습니다. 하지만 에어컨 소리인지가 계속 나서 혼자 있는 밤에는 조금 무서웠고 TV가 매우 오래되어서 약간 당황했으며 선반 뒤로 물건이 넘어갔는데 고정이 되어있어 난감했습니다만 조금 다치면서 꺼냈어요. 하지만 전반적으로 만족했고 아기자기한 것 좋아하는 사람들이나 사진찍기 좋아하는 친구들에게 추천할 생각입니다.
