The staff was extremely rude the entire trip. We had asked if house keeping would be able to bring us clean tiwels and there response was we dont have anymore. Housekeeping didnt even clean our room even though we didnt have a do not disturb sign on our door. The room from the beginning was dirty. We were told we would have to talk to the front desk for help with this issue. Talking to the frint desk didnt help either, as they had left another woman at the front desk, and didnt come back until she had left. We will not return to this establishment in the future.

Property is a bit older, allot of cosmetic issues, fire alarm went off around midnight during my stay and lasted 30 mins to an hour. Overall affordable, you get what you pay for I guess.

I liked the fact that this property was located close to the HWY. I didn't like that this hotel is in need of renovations! The entrance leading to the elevator had visible wall damage and needs painting. There was mold growing in the shower and signs of a previous water leak above the tub. Also, there was mold growing around the window interior. Also, there was a very large section of carpeting, which was obviously patched 4' X 4' area, that had carpet fibers extending along the edges. The breakfast was mediocre, with bread being put out for toasting, that was clearly stale. I would not recommend!

We usually like staying here but it was not a good experience this time. The breakfast had hard biscuits and apples were the only fruit. The coffee bar did not have creamer. When we asked if there was creamer in the back, she said they were out. This was at 7:30 in the morning! We went to Dutch Bros and when we came back there was creamer. The room did not have a hairdryer and the water for the shower took forever to warm up.

The shower ran more down the wall before pressure was able to build up enough and couldn't stay warm in our room, the curtain and blanket had a few blood stains that the front desk said was their cleaning supplies, shower ceiling was starting splitting, but the mini fridge and microwave were a good size, and the breakfast was a nice selection

Laquinta is my favorite and will always choose if there is one near by.

This was a really nice stay. With that said, the shower water heat was in and out as far as maintaining hot water and the trim in the restroom was disintegrating next to the tub.

Phone and TV did not work

It was perfectly adequate. I did feel safe enough while I was visiting. Overall, it wasn't great, and it wasn't bad. It was a safe and quiet place I slept and showered while being with my dad while he is in a physical rehab after a stroke. Considering it sits next to a major highway loop around Lubbock, it was pleasantly quiet and restful when I was there. Breakfast was the typical bland continental breakfast, no worse than mass produced eggs and day-old breads of any other hotel breakfast. It was perfectly adequate for what I was needing to sleep and shower.

Everything was dirty , mold in bathroom. Floors grungy. Bed felt lumpy. Just a bad stay al around

Microwave was not plugged so we had to move it. This was not good.

I stayed here for just one night. Pet friendly, very quiet, comfortable. Overall a great value. Would certainly stay in going through the area again.

The tub was not very clean. It looked like it was stained. There was also a ceiling tile missing from the restroom ceiling.
