A very nice hotel in a good location

Great location for exploring the town, lovely helpful staff, very clean, great breakfast.

Personnelle accueillant, hôtel propre. Lit et oreillers pas trop confortables.

Personnel disponible et agréable.

Staff were great. Wheni I booked the web site stated there was a coffee shop. There is no coffee shop. No coffee shop or restaurants in the same block as the hotel. Need to walk into the old town which isn't too far. Minimal amenities in bathroom, only hand and body wash. Didn’t like the bed. Mattress protector under the bottom sheet was plastic backed making sleeping uncomfortable. Bathroom was clean and modern.

Hygiène douteuse dans les toilettes ? Forte odeur d’urine causée par la brosse des wc ? draps à renouveler ? Déchirés par endroit . Petit déjeuner moyen. Heureusement étape d’une nuit . Par contre emplacement idéal, proche du centre ville et parking à proximité

Bra hotell. Fint rom og dedikerte medarbeidere. Frokosten kunne vært noe mer utviklet men alt smakte godt.

Wenig überzeugender Aufenthalt. Wir wurden zuerst in ein Katzenzimmer mit einer Milchglasscheibe verfrachtet, erhielten nach Protest dann ein besseres Zimmer. Die Kopfkissen des Hotels sind viel zu dick, die Bettdecke viel zu warm und das Betttuch hielt mit den Seiten nicht unter der Matratze, so dass wir keine Nacht zufriedenstellend schlafen konnten. Das Frühstück entsprach z.B. von der Käse- und Obstauswahl nicht unseren Erwartungen an ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Spiegeleier mussten selbst gebraten werden.

Bien placé à quelques pas de la vieille ville, parking les places sont un peu petites, télé bien, Internet bien, petit-déjeuner aussi bien. Service un peu lent à la réception.

J'ai l'habitude d'aller régulièrement dans cet établissement et je ne suis jamais déçu. Le personnel est présent et anticipe les demandes des clients, l'établissement est propre et confortable.

Receptionist checked us in quickly and spoke good English.

Parfait et très bon accueil

Although the staff were lovely and very helpful, the room felt very dated and I regretted not having gone to a cheaper hotel in the town as a result. The bathroom was particularly disappointing - the drain cover didn’t fit properly in the shower, the radiator had rust on the bottom and I was surprised that the only toiletries offered were shower gel and hand gel (no soap - and the shower gel placed ridiculously high!)

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel, Personnel agréable, à l'écoute, Petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité, La literie est bonne, cependant je n'ai pas du tout apprécié l'alèse plastifiée, ce qui m'a fait passer une mauvaise nuit avec un réveil transpirante.
