I love staying at Porto Palace! The staff have excellent customer service skills, are courteous and always have a smile. They accommodated every request I made and provided guidance when needed. Thank you for providing an amazing gym with wonderful selection of music! Spa was incredible!!!! Breakfast options are excellent and hours are convenient. This is the best hotel in Thessaloniki!!!! Thank you for making our stay amazing!

There was nothing nice about the receptionists in Porto both very rude. I've booked to have resort experience with breakfast... Its not possible there... Nothing is possible in that place... They say that you've bookex "room only". .. Really? Theres no resort experience beside they overcharge everything... It's the "Bar Only" you rather have drinks here have a good time and look for another room only experience.

Dyrt hotell. Trots detta inga glas etc på rummet utan då skulle man ringa till roomservice för att erhålla dessa. Hotellet hade takterrass med pooler. Tyvärr var det någon form av knattefotbollscup så det var mängder med barn i 9-10 års åldern och badade. Utbudet från restaurangen var litet och märkligt och dyrt. Frukosten blev en katastrof med alla dessa fotbollslag. Hade varit tacksamt om man vid incheckningen hade vetat denna beläggningen på hotellet för då kunde man ju nyttjat roomservice istället.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Bei meinem Aufenthalt sehr voll, v.a. viele Kinder, dadurch sehr laut.

Viaggio di Lavoro. Aria condizionata spenta anche se ancora caldo. Palestra da migliorare. Ristorante buono ma costoso e poca scelta.

Pulizie in camera solo se ti ricordi di chiederle in reception. Colazione buonissima e molto fornita, macchina caffè non professionale. Ristorate buono, poca scelta e un po' caro con i prezzi di Thessaloniki. Personale reception cortese e professionale.

One of the nicest hotels in Europe. This place was extremely clean and extremely comfortable. We'll always stay here in Thesoloniki.

Large and comfortable room, amazing bathtub. Excellent coffee at the bar and food at the restaurant. Two different front desk agents graciously helped me fix an error made by a local covid pcr testing facility. I was thrilled with this hotel and its staff.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal! Die Lage ist etwas abseits, aber durch den Shuttleservice (die Zeiten sind auch gut vorgegeben) ist das Stadtzentrum immer gut erreichbar. Weiterhin bleibt das Frühstück bei uns in bester Erinnerung (vergleichsweise zu anderen Hotels im Stadtzentrum).

The toilet floor needs to be anti slip proofed and the rooms don’t have electric kettle or complimentary water or coffee/tea so disappointing. Other than these the room is comfortable.
