felt like I overpaid for this hotel. Was not worth it, but the breakfast was really good and location is the best. Staff was super nice, I would try another hotel to get a better value

A little gem in the centre of Florence

The location is great , breakfast is absolutely great , but I have to say that is a very old property, I stayed in room 102 ... the room was clean but the shower was nasty... the sheets were clean but the mattress stank , like pets were sleeping on it ... it was something stronger coming from under the sheets.... I communicated everything to the stuff... small things like clean better the shower and replace the mattress could make this place 4 or 5 stars I really hated it because of that !!! I wasn't able to relax because of the shower and the mattress smells... I was worried about catching something...

Excellent customer service especially the staff during breakfast and the housekeefer. All of them are very friendly, polite and helpful. The interior us very pretty! Will definitely recommend.

This is an older property. Rooms are small but clean. Wish there was a kettle in the room. Really adorable and staff was very helpful.

So well located that as soon as you leave the hotel you’re milling around with masses visiting the Uffizi down the block, and the Ponte Vecchio on the other end! The hotel itself is nice, the room and bathroom quite large for European standards, the breakfast satisfactory and the staff friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good experience.

Llegar al lugar es complicado sin embargo el tema con la habitación es que estaba en piso 4 debajo del restaurante y cocina donde los trabajadores terminan sus funciones después de las 2:00am y el bullicio es terrible no se puede dormir …,

Noisy and very poor wifi in rooms. Staff were not helpful. Breakfast and breakfast staff were great.

Vackert hotell. Fin frukost. Trevlig personal. Ägarinnan av hotellet var väldigt gullig. Man får en karta och en lista med 10 Florenstips som är för aktuell månad. Väldigt centralt. Fantastisk utsikt. Kommer bo här igen när jag besöker Florens.

Staff is pleasant but hotel is absolutely did not meet our expectations. Bed and the pillow is so hard that Spartan would find it uncomfortable. AC did not work. Outside noise unbearable until 3 am You are paying for the location if rest at night is your goal stay away from this tourist trap

Very happy there was an elevator. I am a senior and it was difficult traveling alone.

Charming hotel with whimsical touches. The bathroom was very small. It would be challenging for a large person.
