Great place to stay, room was very clean, staff were excellent and friendly, food was very good even if it is a touch expensive, but this is becoming the standard today in the uk with the prices going up everywhere. Would I stay again ? absolutely

Staff are very friendly and breakfast was great! The room we were in was fairly clean, the toilet seat wasn't fixed properly and kept sliding off. There was dust bunnies under the radiator and we were only given two tissues in the holder for our two night stay for a family of four (but 100% positive we would have been given more if requested as staff were lovely) The shower only had two temperatures scolding hot or cold was difficult to find a decent temp. Overall the room itself is not 5 star but the staff we encountered are. Rooms just need a little TLC. Superior double was big enough for a family of four. There was also a smell of weed when we entered the corridor to our room which wasn’t the nicest! Overall don’t think we would stay here again for the price we paid would have expected better.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Die Poolzeiten waren für uns mit Kindern leider viel zu knapp . Aber das war auch unser einziger negativer Punkt. Wenn man den Tag nur im Hotel verbringt sind sie sicher ausreichend . Da wir aber die Gegend erkundet haben, haben wir ihn nur einmal für 15 Minuten nutzen können bevor die Kinderzeit zu Ende war. Die Golfanlagen waren sehr gepflegt. Wir haben auf unserer GB Rundreise , 7 Hotels angesteuert und können hier das Essen sehr empfehlen. Das HP Dinner war sehr gut und das Frühstück ebenfalls. Es gab sogar ein wenig Käse und Wurst-Aufschnitt. Was mich am meisten gefreut hat . Es gab sehr leckeren Salat und frische Alternativen, zu den Chips :) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren groß , man konnte zum Innenhof mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Alles Prima . Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Lovely setting. Convenient to have the spa next door. Bar meals were enjoyable and a pleasant atmosphere.

Lovely hotel stay. We arrived late in the evening and check in was really smooth, the Staff in reception were really helpful and our room was great. Breakfast in the morning was great and we used the hotel swimming pool too. Overall a really lovely stay. We’d happily book again.

No air con in the rooms, 1 small fan given. Room service no one answered the phones had to wait a while to get it, told to order at the bar before going to the room. Rooms looked very run down

It was hot. No water provided in room. The fan given initially did not do its job. Then got one. Tight and leaking shower / bath tap. No usb port. Dated room.The only solsce, staff was polite

No air conditioning. Staff were busy but unhelpful.

Room was tired and outdated, mould in the bathroom, stains in the bath, dusty lamps, very large water stain on the ceiling, paint peeling off the windows, damaged furniture, no air conditioning and the room was uncomfortably warm during the night. Food poor quality and very expensive for what it was ...staff were all great however, bed was comfortable.

I checked in after midnight. My sleep was interrupted as the curtains did not effectively block out the bright sunshine. When I git up I discovered a room with very dated 70s style furniture and it really needed some tlc to the decorations. The staff i encountered were excellent.
