Front desk staff is helpful

Room is part of a retirement residence. Lacked any kind of esthetic and was clean but biring

Clean room. Enjoyed the hot tip. Bathroom in the room was cold and water running in toilet constantly.

The staff walked around like they weren’t happy. Other than that, the people at the reception desk were very helpful and happy and polite. The beds were comfortable, nice option in different pillows. It was clean and met my satisfaction.

Customer service at check-in was standout. Room was good size and quiet. We had got caught in a winter storm, so needed a place to stay until I’m passed. We had our dog with us, so it was a life-saver to be able to bring her there.
