Booked the room for the swimming pool and hot tub.... neither were available do to renovation, Front desk at check in asked me what brang me to stay,I said the pool and hot tub..she said they should be open knowing they we not! won't book ever again

Hotel is being renovated Had false alarm Friday morning Tube/shower leaked a lot

Tv didnt work, thermostat didnt work, 2 lights strobed. Told them and nothing other thsn oh were sorry. Never stay there again.

The room was dirty and in need of clean walls and floors throughout. The elevator carpet is old and ripped. Carpets in hallways are old and have buckled carpets and stains. I would not stay there again.

The stay for three nights was amazing! We loved the coziness yet spacious area of the room. If one of us wanted to take a nap and the other watch TV with the room sliding divider. The customer service was great. They provided us with our needs while we stayed there very well!

Easy check in. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Agood end to a travel weary day.

This was a really nice hotel at one time. It's a little run down but very clean and the people who work there are super nice. The room and bed are comfortable. I would stay here again.

1 elevator was constantly out of service and the other one had broken buttons and ripped flooring - bad condition. In our room, the bathtub/shower faucet needed repair/replacement since it continually leaked water. The light switch controlling the lights above the couch was flaky and didn’t always work. The toilet was loose and unnerving when you sat on it. Overall, it was ok but it seemed like they needed to go through the entire place and make repairs that were needed (a lot of deferred maintenance). Not sure I will come back here again after this experience

Nice property that is very close to the airport. The area was pretty good and the beds were comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Charged way to much for pets. I could have booked another room just for her, for the price. Also, there is no complimentary breakfast. The charge was 12.95. a little pricey, the carpets in the hallways are coming up. I have trouble walking, so almost tripped on the carpet that is bubbled up.
