Exquisite place top to bottom

Their attention to detail was exquisite. The staff was warm kind and friendly I felt valued as a guests. The extra attention was of the chane I definitely would stay there again. There was nothing wrong to my observation.

Booked a night to celebrate joint birthdays! Enjoyed a relaxing spa day and had dinner at the bar that evening. Staff were friendly and helpful!

Relaxing weekend!

Not surprised about the slow service at the bar. It’s been that way for the past year. Took an hour to get dinner and had to remind them of food we ordered that they forgot so it was another 30 minutes. Chairs at pool were moldy and towels were damp. Tons of ants around chairs and we were bit so many times we left the pool. The duvet had blood marks on it and when it slipped off the duvet cover we noticed it. Couldn’t get in the wet bar because the lock was stripped. Other than that is was okay.

Arrived in room and luckily did a quick inventory, An empty Titos bottle, reported but so wrong. I brought my own favourite wine glass along, taken from room and reported. No feedback whatsoever.
