Das Frühstück war jeden Tag verschieden, man konnte aus der Karte das daily Menü wie Omeletten verschiedenster Arten, Eier, Bacon usw. wählen. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag sofort geputzt und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich empfehle es allen. Es empfiehlt sich allerdings ein Auto zu mieten

Vi hadde et kort opphold her i vårt bryllupsreise for 3 år siden og vi ble forelsket i dette stedet. Vi har vært der nå for tredje gang. Utrolig fine rom, deilig svømmebasseng med utsikt over havet, kjempelett tilgang til en vakker strand uten altfor mange mennesker. Stemningen er avslappende og magisk. Personalet er ekstremt behjelpelig i alle ledd. En spesiell takk til Antonia og Magda på restauranten for å ha bidratt med ekstra god stemning under football VM-finalen. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

The breakfast and customer service is excellent I love it

We absolutely loved our stay here. The view from the hotel is incredible, one of the highlights from our trip. It was also nice that this hotel shared a beach with just one other hotel - comparatively, the next beach over was way busier. We loved the staff, everyone was very friendly. We 10000% would stay here again.

Great location with direct beach access. Staff was great. Our room had a couple issues but I’m assuming it’s because it is an old property.

Staff were great across the hotel so I can’t fault that. The outside areas were good and breakfast was also good with a good selection on offer. When we arrived we’d booked a sea view room and the room we had the view was blocked. The hotel moved us the next day into a room that smelt strongly of smoke throughout and we found cigarette ash on the floor in the bathroom. We were then moved but at this point we were on our 3rd room in less than 24 hours. The rooms generally need some attention. They are worn and tired, especially in the bathrooms. I read another review during our stay that said someone felt catfished and I felt similarly. Overall not the standard I was expecting at all and disappointing.

The pictures are way better than the actual property. We were catfished. It is old and had alot of broken/run down items. The first room they gave us had a horrible sewer smell. The air conditioning doesn’t actually cool the room, we had to request a fan. The view of the ocean is beautiful but other than that there is not much to it.

My husband and I stayed here and chose a room with a beach view - it was absolutely stunning! The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and very helpful, and we really enjoyed the hotel overall. Having direct access to the beach was definitely one of our favorite parts of our stay.

Ameisen im Zimmer, unterdurchschnittliches Frühstück, Weg zum Meer nicht gepflegt (führt teilweise durch Gräser und Büsche, weil das Hotel es nicht für notwendig erachtet diese für die Gäste zurückzuschneiden).

Amazing location and more like a boutique hotel feeling...facilities not overrun as a result. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Gym was tired and needed a refresh. Pool area was great. Access to beach/cove so easy Breakfast ok....bit quality of product and execution of cooked options below par in my opinion...more akin to a 3 star hotel.

Skønt hotel med fantastisk udsigt over havet og hurtig adgang til stranden nedenfor. Dejlig morgenmadsbuffet og god plads. Personalet taler ikke alle så godt engelsk, men tysk og spansk. Vi havde en skøn uge i rolige og hyggelige omgivelser.

Completely enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend. Had issue and was addressed quickly and resolved. The views are amazing. We had the half board option and lots of choices for both breakfast and supper. Staff supper friendly.

Zuerst das Positive: Die Mitarbeitenden in diesem Hotel sind top - allesamt wahnsinnig hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf unsere Spezialwünsche bezüglich Essen wurde beim Frühstück Rücksicht genommen, was nicht selbstverständlich ist und worüber wir sehr dankbar waren. Absolut Top sind auch die Massagen, diese können wir wirklich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Leider ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend renoviert werden. Vieles ist total abgenutzt und entspricht überhaupt nicht dem 4-Sterne Standard. Die Zimmer sind wahnsinnig hellhörig, man hört jedes Wort aus dem Gang. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, wenn auch nicht super. Der Boden in unserem Zimmer wurde während des Aufenthalts erst nach vier Tagen (auf Bitte unsererseits) einmal gereinigt. Ich denke sowas sollte Standard sein und zwar täglich. Alles in Allem ein Hotel mit viel Potenzial, was leider aber deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial hat.

I really enjoyed my stay at ICON Valparaíso in Mallorca. The staff were very helpful, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay, and the views from the hotel were incredible. One of the best hidden gems was the pathway that connects the hotel to a nearby beach — it was only about a 5-minute walk, which made it so easy and convenient. The breakfast was honestly one of the best parts of the stay and had a great selection. One thing I would note: if you have food allergies, I would be cautious with the lunch and dinner options. I did have an allergic reaction during my stay, but the staff were very accommodating and helpful when it happened. I would also recommend renting a car or planning transportation ahead of time, as taxis in the area can be limited and expensive. Overall, it was a beautiful hotel with amazing views, kind staff, and a peaceful location. if you're looking for something relaxing, this is the spot.
