Had some gunk on the floor of our room. When I booked it said complimentary breakfast but when we went to breakfast and started eating they came up and charged us 18.50 per person. Was not worth it at all as the breakfast supplied was very very minimal and not very good

Great property, very nice room, fastest check -in I've ever had at any hotel, cute little bar with special drinks for the concert I went to at Sun Bowl Stadium.

Hotel was amazing and clean

There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom😭 What started out as a honeymoon quickly ended in disgust as we had no choice but to endure lingering bathroom odor Please address and save future relationships

Breakfast not included. No water bottles as amenities. Hand soap in the shower instead of body soap.knockong at the door at 8 am to clean.

Male Desk clerk seemed he had lack of training. Also didn’t like the inconvenience of having to return the expired or rancid chocolate bars sold. Don’t mind the price for a FRESH product. Everything else was good.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the room without carpet covering the entire floor for a person with pets its a grand gesture as a "pet friendly hotel" thank you!

The best part of our stay was the convenient location—close to plenty of restaurants and just a short drive to Mesa. Unfortunately, that was the only highlight. Housekeeping never came to clean our room during our 3-night stay, despite us making two separate requests at the front desk. We also had to repeatedly ask for basic necessities like towels, which were never replenished. We even ran out of toilet paper and body wash. On top of that, the sink was clogged and had poor drainage every time we used it. Overall, the hotel was not clean, and our requests for housekeeping and essentials were ignored. Given these issues, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this property.

The bedding in the room smelled like sweat. It was obvious the sheets had not been changed. Staff was very friendly and changed our room.

Excellent hotel for the price!

Excellent stay when in El Paso

This hotel was nice and the staff at the desk and at the restaurant were very helpful. However, we did have problems with requests made at night from the hotel. After our second night the cleaning staff changed out the shower curtain to one that was too short for the tub and our bathroom flooded while taking a shower. I requested a new towels and a new curtain and never got them. I was told that there were very few staff at night that could complete the request. The curtain was never changed. We also asked for a new tv remote because ours was unable to shut off the tv. The desk kept the remote but never replaced it. Other than these two issues, the hotel was nice.
