El hotel es hermoso y acojedor, tiene todo lo que necesitamos para relajarnos y pasar unos dias increibles , todos los empleados fueron muy atentos y educados y Efectivamente el mapache forma parte del hotel como en los otros comentarios, pero no afecto en nada, para nosotros fue parte de la naturaleza . Sin duda alguna volveria a regresar en otra temporada.

lam extremely disappointed with my experience. While workers had access to my room, $400 in cash went missing. There is no other reasonable explanation for what happened. This has completely destroyed my trust and made me feel that my privacy and personal belongings were not respected. I understand that mistakes can happen, but theft is unacceptable under any circumstances. I expected profesionalism and honesty, and unfortunately, I experienced the opposite. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience, and I strongly encourage management to investigate this matter and improve their hiring and supervision practices to prevent this from happening to other customers.

AZULIK is undeniably a stunning property with breathtaking surroundings, unique architecture, and an outstanding spa. Unfortunately, the exceptional setting is overshadowed by some of the worst customer service we have experienced. During a severe storm on July 10, 2026, rain poured through our palm-thatched roof, flooding our room. Because we were never warned this could happen, our electronics were left exposed, damaging our GoPro SD card and permanently destroying irreplaceable vacation memories. We reported the incident immediately, yet over the following days we were repeatedly redirected, told managers were unavailable, ignored at the Front Desk, and received no meaningful response despite contacting management directly. No one accepted responsibility or followed up. We understand that unexpected incidents occur. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of communication, accountability, and concern shown by hotel management. At over $600 USD per night, guests deserve far better. We have requested reimbursement for the damaged equipment and compensation for the way this matter was handled, but our concerns remain unresolved. While AZULIK is visually spectacular, beautiful architecture cannot compensate for poor hospitality. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel. There are many luxury resorts in the Riviera Maya that value their guests and provide the level of service expected at this price point. Future travelers would be well advised to spend the

Property had his glamorous days. The poor condition outside, very dirty, water for bathing was the worst. Water smells really bad, also there was couple morning that was very hard to breathe the outside smells. Staff was great, couldn't be happier with them. Overall it need to be addressed alot to be considered a great place to visit.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience for us. Of course, there were a few challenges along the way, but we came here fully aware of what to expect, so nothing really caught us by surprise. What impressed me most was the effort the resort has made for its guests, it almost feels as if they built the hotel right on top of the ocean. Because of that, I find it a bit unfair to focus too much on minor inconveniences. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help whenever needed. My room was always kept clean and well maintained. The air conditioning could have been a little stronger, but honestly, once you open the door and let the ocean breeze drift into the room, you find yourself falling asleep to the sound and scent of the sea. At that point, the air conditioning becomes the last thing on your mind. We left with beautiful memories and a genuine appreciation for the experience. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay enjoyable.

We booked a sea villa for 1 night. The view from the terrace and the hotel vibe is amazing. I know before that there is no lights but its not that much dim. Bed is comfortable. The only thing i probably cant take more than one night is the water is from sea so its a little bit salty and sticky on your skin after shower. And the hotel food is a little bit overpriced. Breakfast not included. Otherwise everything else is amazing.

Stayed here for 8 days 7 nights. The integration of the unique architecture to nature was the highlight! - This really is what stands out in our overalls stay. We loved the whole off-peak experience for our honeymoon. Perfect location to watch the sunrise and sunset. Love the music around the property, too. For the room prices and fees from other services offered, we felt like the upkeep of the property could have been better. This applies to the overall customer service experience, too. They were generally nice, but proactive customer service could really do a lot better. Again, for their prices, you would expect a level more than just mediocre. We loved our experience dining in Elixik restaurant for multiple breakfasts and lunch. Benjamin was very attentive and has great energy! He was also stationed in iMix at one point when we were at the beach and we were glad he was there! He always made us feel welcome which we didn’t feel much with a lot of the service staff. We would also like to commend Leonardo for doing what he does. He did the gratitude and love ceremony to us our first night! We felt his sincerity even to other guests when witnessing him perform for them. Claudia from our Cacao ceremony was amazing! That experience is unforgettable. Overall, we loved our stay and no regrets.
