Stayed here for two nights in a standard room with 3 twin beds. The room was bright, clean and pretty spacious. However, there was no available kettle and coffee/tea and you had to request for them at no charge. Breakfast was worth paying for with a substantial spread, although it could do better with faster top ups. What I loved best about this hotel was the location. It's next to Alamada shopping mall, which had good shopping options. It's also within walking distance to the Estádio do Dragão metro station, 3-4 stops away from the city centre. I would rather take the metro to the city centre than drive there. Those driving can also park in front of the hotel for free, but there are limited lots available.

Ao lado do Alameda Shopping e do Supermercado Continente, estádio Dragão do outro lado rua, distante 3km Centro Histórico, fácil acesso! Quarto, café manhã, chuveiro e limpeza tudo muito bom! Estacionamento livre na frente do hotel (+20vagas) Dia do Apagão estávamos no hotel, agradecimento especial a todos, Stephanie que nos acalentou!

It was really nice i love the place

We stayed for 4 nights we liked the location, clean and breakfast options were good. Restaurant options were not so great. Staff were helpful and courteous. We have to take our luggage to our room ourselves. No coffee or tea kettle in the room. Bathroom sink was not great water would come outside make a mess. Wish they had microwave in the room. Alameda mall is just walkable from the hotel food options are great and better options than restaurant In hotel. We enjoyed Pans and Company sandwiches and passion fruit Pavlova in the food court.

Un hotel situado al lado de un centro comercial, puedes aparcar en las inmediaciones sin coste. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Por poco dinero puedes coger Bolt y en 20 minutos estás en la torre de los Clérigos.

Não gostei o serviço foi péssimo, o restaurante patético tanto ao jantar como pequeno almoço. Uma hora para servirem uma sopa ao Jantar e ao pequeno almoço às 8am tínhamos que estar constantemente a alertar para a falta de reposição de comida, ovos, fiambre etc..
