The property and staff were excellent. However we were booked in for 2 nights but an emergency meant we had to cancel the second night. I could not get past expoedias robots to talk to a human being so I am disgusted with Expedia and will avoid in future and share my experience with my friends!

Conveniently positioned with good parking. Facilities adequate for a comfortable stay. The evening meal was a disappointment and the staff unhelpful.

Very much a budget hotel. TV and Aircon didn't work in our room. Breakfast was nice and good variety, however staff were poor on arrival and had an argument with one another in front of us, which was decidedly unprofessional. Possibly would stay again as was visiting family in the area but to be honest would like fork out a bitt more for a nicer experience.

Fabulous stay, great staff, great facilities, nothing was too much trouble. Staff even offered to keep my cold items in their fridge if I needed to, during my stay.

Lovely staff

The staff were friendly and welcoming, our rooms were big and clean. The bar stays open till 12 which was good for us as had a long afternoon traveling. The usual hot and cold food for breakfast. The sausages are very tasty and there is gluten free bread and cereal which is nice to see. The mattress was a bit too hard for me but all in all a very nice overnight stay. We would definitely visit again. Thank you guys for being so nice and friendly.

Hotel clean, comfortable and an excellent breakfast provided. Lovely staff, all pleasant and helpful. We had hoped to use public transport during our stay but the local bus service not very often.

Very good customer service

Rooms were larger than we expected and kept very clean throughout our stay. All staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking and easy access to the ring road.

Dirty, grubby bathroom with mould. The bed had a strong smell of damp. Would I stay at an IHG again after that experience? Not a chance
