Great for a one night stay , would not spend a whole weekend ! It’s outdated and there was paint chips in the pool from the paint chipping and hot tub water smelled bad . On a good note the breakfast was good and staff was very friendly !

Pool and patio

Previously was our go-to property. No more. We checked in for two nights and were at the hotel for about an hour before we found excessive dirty and unsanitary conditions. Caked/Clogged AC Filter, mystery stains on pillows, hairs on the bed, sticky drink rings on surfaces, mystery splatter on wall, dirty dishes, spiders and plenty of webs. The front staff was friendly and came to take pictures to report, and offered another room. The second room was… only slightly better, still had garbage on floor, clogged AC Filter, spiders and webs, etc. As such, especially with a cancer patient immune system, we left and booked elsewhere. As of this review two weeks after, still fighting for refund. We properly informed the staff we were refusing the stay and they assured us manager would authorize a refund and review issues with housekeeping, have heard nothing back and so far can’t get a response or approval from hotel manager.

The only issue was the coffee machine in the lobby was not working properly during our stay and my husband always likes getting coffee there

Mattress was not comfortable, hard and lumpy.

It was great! The staff were alwats taking extra good care of us. When my keys didnt work, the staff had noticed onthe cameras and had new ones waiting by the time I walked up to the front desk! Pretty amazing. There was also a rollaway bed already in our room when we got there!

The property worked perfect for us as it was located right on the the simcoe rail trail. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great

The room was the farthest away from the lobby, amenities and breakfast room. I call it the "Hotels.com" room in every place that we stay, when booked through you!

Nice place clean friendly staff

This hotel has clean rooms and friendly/helpful staff. We were here for 3 nights during Mariposa so spent all day off site. There are several fast food restaurants in walking distance, and the drive to the Tudhope Park is only about 10 mins. The breakfast buffet is adequate for a short stay. I would say this place is good value for the price. Nothing fancy - but clean and safe and breakfast included.

Clean , well managed , breakfast etc

Air conditioner did not work. Room was clean. Bed was fine. Terrible pillows but that is normal for most hotels. No breakfast, no perks or anything extra. Not worth the price of the room.

We drove in from out of town for a concert and they were able to get us in an hour early for check in. Super sweet lady at front desk that made us feel welcome. Breakfast was hot and good beverage options. Air condition worked well in the night.

Very old property. Needs updates. Room felt humid and the maids never cleaned my room once in my 1 week stay

The pool is huge and open later than most. The breakfast was simple but filling a good way to start the day. Room was clean beds and pillows were comfortable.

For a hotel that is more then 90 min from Toronto the cost of $335 plus per night was way over charged. The hotel while for the most part clean, it is very dated and the bed’s were hard as a rock.
