Dejligt hotel, tæt ved vandet og skibsforbindelse til øerne. Ligger i gåtur 1,3 km til centrum af Stresa. Fin morgen buffet / der er hvad der skal være.

Hôtel bien situé sur le lac et calme.Bonne literie,bonne climatisation,propreté des chambres.Une douche à l’italienne en remplacement de la baignoire serait la bienvenue.Gentillesse du personnel .

Nice clean and quiet hotel. Located very close to the lakes edge. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good in the morning with plenty of choice. There is also an indoor pool. The absolute godsend in the hot/sticky weather was the use of the outdoor pool at the sister hotel. The hotel is about a 15/20 minute walk into the centre of Stresa. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s a lovely walk along the lakes edge into Stresa.

Skøn beliggenhed tæt både terminal og Lidoen. Samt lige ved promenaden ind til Stresa centrum. Hotellet trænger til en kærlig hånd. Noget tam morgenmad. Havde været Skøn med flere borde til spisning udenfor. Parkering nemt. Prisniveau Meget højt i forhold forventning og kvalitet.

Hôtel situé dans un endroit calme, stationnement facile. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé, il n'y a pas de restaurant ni de piscine extérieure dans cet hôtel, mais on peut aller à la piscine extérieure d'un hôtel partenaire, située à plus d'un kilomètre... Notre chambre était située au premier étage, bénéficiait d'un grand balcon très agréable. En revanche, l'insonorisation n'était pas parfaite car on entendait très bien tout ce qui se passait chez les voisins, notamment lorsqu'ils prenaient une douche ou allaient aux toilettes... A l'arrivée l'accueil est correct sans plus. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et le personnel du petit déjeuner attentionné et attentif. La chambre n'a été faite qu'un jour sur deux... peut-être un oubli ?

Tout était parfait excepté les coupures de courant le dispositif disjoncte souvent.

The staff was remarkable. We left some clothes behind in the hotel when we left and received an email informing us of this about 2 hours after leaving. By that time we were in Stresa and could not return to pick up the clothes until 2 days later.

Old, but meticulously clean and bed was comfortable. Wifi was totally unreliable and slow when it actually did work. Room temperature in Oct was unbearably hot.
