We'd booked through Expedia back in October and paid.
When we got to the hotel,our sea view room didn't exist. In fact, no room was available for us.
We were just told that a mistake was made, right of course there was.
We were told that we had to stay in another hotel.
We've emailed Expedia and had a generic reply from an email address we can't reply to. So, were now waiting to hear the excuses.
The other hotel we were carted of too was acceptable and the staff were really friendly and helpful. This was the RK beach hotel.
