Nice place to stay

1. Housekeeping not reliable. Had to call 3 or 4 times to get service. 2. Do not go in July. The see weed smell is over powering and you cannot go to the beach cause is too much see weed. 3. The villas inside are pretty nice. But the outside upkeep it’s not good.

Great Hotel, we will include this hotel on our next stay

Very nice place to stay. Two pools were great also

Everything was beautiful. I was unprepared for the steps to get to our villa. I use a walker & my daughter had a baby stroller. Parking was not close by so it was a struggle to get our suitcases inside.

Excelente lugar.

It is great for families with small children and/or seniors.

The Villa is very spacious and nice, good air conditioning. The only thing was there was not enough lightning in the rooms. The electric outlets in one of the bathrooms didn't work and the ones in the room only one in each outlet worked.

Me e quedado muchas veces ahi pero estoy cada vez mas descepcionada. El servicio al cliente no fue el mejor. Nos dieron una villa bastante feita y anticuada. El TV no funcionaban y tardaron un monton en venirlo arreglar. Nunca contestaron el telefono para servicio al huesped tuvimos que ir al lobby. Los estacionamientos extremadamente costosos $50 por dos noches.
