Great customer service

Nice room and breakfast was delicious

Friendly staff. Not enough bath towels. Ran out of breakfast food. Always excuse of short staffed. Manager stretched thin working double shift without adequate break. Bedding stained in one of three rooms. Bed very comfortable.

Not especially well maintained. seemed dirty.

The staff was very friendly and hospitable. I went down to the lobby for some coffee and the concierge quickly ran into the kitchen to prepare some fresh coffee for me and brought up a cup to my room. The went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and that really does make a difference in the overall experience of the stay. The room was clean and comfortable. It was favorably priced for the level of service and quality.

First the bad: the shower was leaking from the wall and the showerhead hadn't been cleaned in a while (calcium buildup) making it spray all over the place. Also, I'm not sure if it was the carpet or the bare floor, but something was making my feet dirty while I walked about the room, so that I had to either wear socks all the time or wash my feet often. The good: the staff were friendly, the location was relatively quiet and safe, and the breakfast was fantastic.

Road noise very loud. Breakfast food very limited. Had to wait for food to be brought out & had to ask for eggs & pork sausage.

Maybe not let a guest take 6 parking spots with a boat trailer , no parking spaces.

Staff at desk was awesome 👏. Breakfast on second day was closing down early, no hot food was available, everything else was dried to the bottom of the pan. We came down in more than enough during stated hours of breakfast and staff gave several excuses why there was no food available. O

Carolyn the cook is absolutely an excellent cook. Breakfast was outstanding. However, her stove stop working and other guests were unable to enjoy her cooking.

There were fruit flies on the bed and bedside table! Eeeeeek

The lady at check in was amazing. Very friendly and helpful.

Staff were great!!! Caroline and Ricky were friendly and helpful. Morning staff were great too. This was our second stay overnight and definitely won’t be our last.

Hampton is always consistent. Love the included breakfast.

The first room they gave me the pillow cases had not been changed, and the room smelled like someone just left living in there. The hotel staff was amazing, friendly and got me another room right away. BUT I don’t want to be a Karen, that room was filthy as well. I didn’t want to seem like that kind of guest so I sucked it up. It seems to me that no one in management has truly taught housekeeping how to clean. The bed didn’t seem fresh, pillow cases were clean but it seemed like the bed spread had been through multiple people. There was hair on the toilet, hair in the shower, pee splashes you could see in the light on the floor. There is a gap between the desk and another piece of furniture that has not seen a vacuum in a long time. The hardware in the shower had hard water all over it and same with the sink faucet. The hotel was updated and looks nice from afar, but the details are not being taken care of. I thank the staff for their kindness and professionalism, but the room cleaning needs a lot of work.

Nice place. $80 nightly fee if you have a dog

These things happen, I just happen to be there when the elevator wasn't working. Other then this it was an "Ok" experience.
