It was amazing, the staff at the bar, Daniel, Kenzie, Ian were fantastic!

I didn’t like the smell from the carpet when I entered the room. Is it smoking room & molding? It’s old carpet not cleaned. We coughed every time when we came back this room.

Terrible shower. Zero water pressure. Definitely not as nice as it used to be.

One of the prettiest hotels I have stayed. The Flora inside hotel was a great restaurant. Staff was all very friendly. Great location for concert at Paycom. Would highly recommend.

The Colcord has always been my favorite OKC hotel but the condition and service has deteriorated. We ordered breakfast for room service and the food was overcooked and tastes horrible, were given no coffee cups for pot of coffee. The beds are broken down, uncomfortable and need to be replaced. The in room snack bar needs to be replaced more often. I had the snicker bar when we arrived back after a night out and it was stale and inedible. The level of comfort and service I’m used to is just not there.

We had a one night stay to watch a Thunder game, hotel was very nice, walking distance to paycom center & delicious restaurants! The front desk texting service for questions and suggestions was a personal touch!

Hard to access parking/reception desk Nice facilities area around the hotel was well above average. We will stay again and yes they were very pet friendly

Overall I really like the property the staff was very friendly the only thing I did not like was that there was only valet parking
