日本人は泊まらない方がいいです。 まず、洗面のシンクが排水されず、洗顔も歯磨きもできないので、スタッフを呼んだ所、だいぶ経ってから来て、トイレの排水ができない時に使うプランジャー(Plunger)をいきなり入れて、力任せにバコバコし、周りにあった化粧品などの私物に水飛沫が掛かってもお構いなし。大きな男性の作業者はだらしなく、ズボンが下がってお尻の割れ目が見える状態。5分以上掛かって排水するも、洗面台と床をタオルで！拭いた。 さらに外の気温が1℃ほどなのに、部屋のエアコンが効かず、スタッフがいろいろリセットしても直らず、2泊するのに部屋の交換も無し。下でホットチョコレートをと言われたが行かなかった。 翌日は、バスタブの清掃がされていなかった。 そもそもバスも壁にカビがあるなど、清潔ではない。 スタッフの教育が全くダメ

Tudo se destacou: desde a equipe que nos recebeu muitíssimo bem, passando pelas comodidades do hotel que são perfeitas e um café da manhã delicioso. A localização tb é tudo que se precisa, perfeita. Amei e voltaria com toda certeza.

The hotel was a very clean and modern the staff was welcoming. Had a drink on them and every thing was excellent. I slept peacefully. The breakfast was amazing. My time was limited but overall l will stay there again. I love the hotel and will give it a 10/10. The guys who checked me in was very helpful and l can’t say anything negative. I loved this hotel in Barcelona. Friendly staff & a quiet hotel and neighborhood. Everything was walkable around it, we would definitely stay here again!!

Hotel is in a great location. The property is dated though and needs an update, especially dark hallways. Bathrooms have been updated, and the hotel is very clean. Staff are consistently cleaning. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at room mate Carla. The building facade, the funky blue lobby and the cheerful reception staff made for a perfect first impression. Our room was wonderful, with all the necessities and a balcony with a view.
