Great hotel looking forward to stay here again

3泊したのですが宿泊した部屋のミニバーの付近から毎日小さなアリ？を見て不快でした…。室内は清潔ではありましたがその印象でリピートはないかないです。 施設のデザインは写真映えするようなデザインですが、手入れが行き届いているとは言えず、所々に年季が入っているなぁと感じました。 スタッフも対応に問題はないですが愛想が良いとは言えません。 立地は観光地にどこも近く便利でした。

The bathroom was a little run down I thought but I loved the room, location and staff. I would stay here again!

Ayer no pude alojarme por un problema familiar y me despertaron llamándome a la 1 de la mañana para ver si iba a ir al hotel o no. La habitación estaba pagada y no entiendo el por qué de esa llamada. Un sin sentido. Hoy. después de varias llamadas de las que te atiende una máquina y te cuelgan he conseguido contactar con el hotel para ver que tipo de política es esa.

Close to Sagrada Familia, casa Batlo and Mila. Easy to bike around. Staff are friendly.

Yeri cok iyi, bircok yere yuruyerek gittik. Temizlik konusunda kusursuz. Yalniz bizim kaldigimiz odanin tuvalet kapisi camdi ve tamamen kapanmiyordu, biz sorun etmedik ama bunu bilerek gidin herkese uymayabilir. Ayrica oturarak dus almamiz gerekti, bunun icin plastik bir tabure/sandalye vs varsa istedik ama yokmus. Bu kadar basit bir seyi 4 yildizli bir otelin saglayabilmesi gerekir, her zaman ayakta dus alabilecek durumda olmayabiliriz.

Great design, great location, friendly and effcient service.

We stayed here for my wife's 40th birthday weekend. Carla, the manager on duty, arranged for a special touch with a celebtratory cake as a surprise! The rooms were clean and well stocked and we had a wonderful view of the Sagrada Familia from our balcony. Great location, walkable to all major tourist sites and close to public transport links on the Passage de Gracia. I would definitely recommend for any first time visitors to Barcelona.

Great stay at Room Mate Carla. The location is fantastic and central to everything you need in Barcelona. While also secluded from the main thoroughfares and hordes of tourist. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. And breakfast buffet was good and varied. A little pricey but everything is in Barcelona nowadays. But overall, good price/value

This has to be the best hotel I’ve been at in a while! The staff was always so welcoming and friendly. My bed had to be the softest hotel bed I’ve ever laid in! The hotel was super close to passeig de gracia and shopping. Close to several buses and train stations. And let’s not forget the amazing Basilica la sagrada familia. My room was on the 5th floor balcony and the views were astonishing! I would stay here over and over

Enjoyed our stay at Room Mate Carla. The shower was the best we’ve experienced in Europe. You are right in th middle of everything, but note that you have to walk several blocks to get to any of the trains. Not an issue for us, but in case someone in your party cannot walk a few blocks each time you want to catch a train. Would stay here again

Very nice hotel in a beautiful city. The interior has modern design. Room and bathroom are clean. The bed is comfortable.The staff is very friendly and attentive. The location is very walkable to attractions. Really enjoyed our time, everything was great. Thank you

Very clean and modern hotel. Walking to the main attractions. Checked out day was 09/04/25 Thur, Hotel front desk helped to pre booked taxi, which came on time, at 8:20 am, and the driver was walking over to hotel lobby to warmly greet us. The only concern was, at the end of trip to airport T1, the taxi meter showed was 35 EUR ( which was the est price told by hotel front desk), he added supp over 9 EUR, we paid total 45 EUR. Was it a common practice or just because it was a pre booked trip ? If it’s possible, Someone from hotel can reply this message. Thanks a lot.
