Friendly, clean and a comfortable bed.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the accesible shower. Our family enjoyed the large, warm, indoor pool and the buffet breakfast. The breakfast had an extensive variety of choices, including dairy free options. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

I travel for work and I am particular about hotels. This property is clean, quiet and has a great breakfast and dining area.

From the moment we walked into the Hotel we felt welcomed. After checking in Missy told us about the Wed night social and were just in time to enjoy the complementary food. Is was a surprise and it was all delicious. Our room was spacious and clean. We were very surprised by the in suite kitchen. Since we were there overnight we did not use it. But will keep the Hotel in mind if we ever return to the area.

Property was clean and spacious. Included breakfast was fantastic.

Excellent stay, very spacious rooms, had all amenities needed for stay with babies. Extremely clean, great staff. Staff was super friendly with babies. Would 10/10 recommend this.

Staff upon check in was pretty rude. Rooms were outdated but quiet. Pullout bed was awful. Daytime staff were lovely. Breakfast was good, breakfast staff were lovely as well. Pool was warm but pool area was pretty dirty.

From the time of check-in to check-out, we were treated like Royalty. The staff is amazing, the room had everything that we needed. We stayed in a one bedroom suite (with a kitchen). The breakfast was topnotch and included items that you just don't see at other hotels. The pool was very impressive and the temperative was perfect. We were in town for a wedding and have already talked about going again to stay for another weekend getaway. This hotel is only an hour and twenty minutes from our home and is conveniently located just off of highway 401. Job well done!

Easy check in and check out. Nice breakfast with options for all.

Average stay. The room was spacious and relatively clean. Amenities were average. The bathroom could use an update. The front desk staff unfortunately was cold, not very welcoming and one of the cleaning staff was also rude and appeared bothered that I reported that one of the elevators were dirty.

Breakfast and customer service were top notch.
