Outside areas was great. Great bar and entertainment, beach was nice. Did not like the limited dining options and can use some updating. Not much in the area to do

Certaine chambre on besoin d’être rénovée en urgence (punaise de lit…je me suis fait massacrer…)la robinetterie dans les salle de bain plein de calcaire sinon la nourriture rien à redire et le cadre est magnifique

I really liked the food, quite good with a lot of merchandise imported from Spain. The cleanliness is also quite good. The pool is very small for so many people. The good thing is that there are beaches very close to the Hotel with calm, crystal-clear waters that are beautiful, like Playa del Limon and, above all, Playa Moron, a paradise.

Awesome stay!

The room is spacious and clean. Restaurants offer a lot of variety and plenty of food. The beach is nice as well as the pool. this was a family reunion counting into the twenties and overall we had a lot of fun.

They turn the AC off and the AC could make the room confortable. Buffet, pool to small for so many guest. Almost every day tgey ran out of bech towels.

The location the ambience the staff was amazing. The Entertainment team was AMAZING everyone was just super Daimenes wad the BEST. This is definitely not the last time we will come.

La Habitación estaba sucia, pero l aire acondicionado servía a medias xq no permitía tener una temperatura agradable, lo que hacía difícil las noches con calor. Nos dieron toallas sucias de la alberca. El personal super amable, servicial, su comida buena.

Muy buena ubicación, muy limpia, hay mucha seguridad. Las habitaciones que son un poco antiguas..

Great hotel overall. Buffet food was good but not great, the restaurants that you make reservations with are the better option for dinner.

The property is old and deteriorated. Their policy in children above age of 12 paying as an adult is unreasonable. You pay higher price with no added benefits. The chefs in the buffet are excellent and accommodating. They prioritized my daughter’s allergy at all time. That was the best part. There is however an abundance of cats, dogs and ducks throughout the property. Not what I expected- having to jump over cats to access my room. The property is old and the room is falling apart- and that’s considering I was placed in a VIP room. My family member’s AC failed and had to change rooms. The service is excellent, but the hotel needs a makeover. The people were great. It was okay, but probably not returning to this hotel in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the resort. The resort is very clean and very organized. My family and I just were let down when we were told only 1 reservation for our 3 night stay at the al carte restaurants. Pool, Bars, and Reception staff are all very friendly, just wish the same for Restaurant and Buffet staff. Bed options were great and food options at Buffet were top tier. Entertainment is the best this hotel has to offer though they made it alive. Nightlife I recommend more to go out of hotel or bring games to play with family in the outdoor section near bar. Iverall stay was a 9/10!
