Great old lady in pretty good nick. Stayed 4 days, large room with small table and chairs, the room could have fit in a few extra comfortable chairs or sofa to relax in rather than sitting on the bed to read, chat etc. Some rooms had a balconette with more comfy chairs, but not our room.

I called prior to booking to make sure they had ground floor with parking out the front and was informed when I checked in there was no on site parking. Parking was in a public car park with no security. I thought I could unload my samples (over $20k worth) in my room but the room was under the stairs and the size of a WIR. It was also not was advertised on their website and was dirty. I could not stay there as also felt unsafe so asked for a refund. The manager was extremely rude and informed me there was no refund as I booked through a 3rd party. I had to find accommodation elsewhere at my our cost. I will be taking this further as a terrible and stressful experience. Definitely will not recommend it to anyone

Unfortunately the room was very noisy from traffic. Unable to access inhouse movies or make contact with reception to assist. Bathroom and pool were great.

Over all my stay was nice. The only fault I would say is the rooms in photos are nicely renovated but not all are. I discovered this when I walked into my room. In saying this I understand that it's pot luck. The unrenovated rooms should be at a cheaper price as there is a big difference. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. The team were helpful and very friendly with welcoming smiles.

Stay was average -needed to change rooms as the heat hit one side of the room in the morning & the opposite in the afternoon -second room was “tired” & in need of refurbishment (painting / cracks filled) Carpet also looks like it needs a good clean!

翌日早朝発のバスに乗る予定だったので、バスターミナルのすぐ近くにあったのでこのホテルを選んだが、プールもあり非常に快適だった。但し、部屋に電子レンジが無かったのが残念だった。

Beautiful old hotel

Very good place and close to shop and dining venue

Good surrounds. Lots of eateries and hotel is good. The room service was lacking somewhat. There were no refills of lotions and body wash.

Well for a hotel named The Grand the room was really not grand at all! The paint was chipped and dirty throughout the room and ensuite, The bathroom cramped and dark. It really should have been a lot cheaper to stay there, very disappointing. The windows in the bedroom shaded glass, belonged in a toilet. The room also smelt strongly of cheap carpet deodoriser. I really would not recommend it to anyone! Although 1 plus, the pool was nicely laid out, but you actually pay for a room not a pool. So my advice unless you are desperate do not stay in the not so Grand Mildura.

Old pub style rooms in a large old (nice) building a stones throw from the Murray. Fixtures are aging, some switches and fittings don't work. Comfortable and about standard for a 3 star Aussie hotel room of this price, defo don't see 4 stars here. No drinking water provided in rooms, but the tap water is meant to be ok. Carpets in the halls look like they have been ripped up for cleaning and re-placed without care regarding the old style patterns which is a little nauseating but a minor quip. Parking is not secure - on street or in an open park across the road. The surrounding area is teeming with nightlife with lots of little pubs and cafes full to bursting later at night - great location if that is your cuppa tea.

Bed was horrible. We were able to feel the springs of the bed.
