Friendly staff, very clean rooms, easy loading/unloading and parking, walkable location

Super convenient hotel. Very clean, safe and great parking garage right next door. So close to waterfront and walkable to many restaurants, cafes and shopping.

Hotel was beautiful with views of the waterfront. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast as well. Appreciated valet parking as there is a significant homeless presence in the area.

I’m not a fan of the shower head in our room. The spray was very spread out and I didn’t feel like I could wash the soap off easily. There were some noisy guests but they got quiet after a while.

Streets are rough. Construction around the hotel but very close to Church street marketplace by foot.

Clean and spacious room. Quiet. Staff was friendly. Close to shopping and restaurants. Water views.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Stayed one night due to early flight at the airport. My only complaints were extremely strong “cologne” odor in room so bad you could taste it and it never dissipated and they charge an extreme amount of $ for bottled water, soda, and snacks. Not many places to stop for snacks in downtown Burlington at night.

We always love staying at this hotel when in Burlington. We had dinner at the bar, which was perfect. Service and ambiance was great.

Nice staff, clean, the vouchered breakfast was quite good.

We came for a quick overnight and found the hotel to be fine. Nothing fancy, but the room was a good size, the beds were decent, and the location was very walkable. There were some signs of wear and the walls in the bathroom had toothpaste on them, but other than that it was fine. We appreciated how quiet it was at night.

The view

having one elevator out of service made for some long waits. Coffee maker did not work. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Better option for staying on the waterfront right next door.
