The hotel was clean and they had the friendliest staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in.

Great location with lots to choose from

Very nice rooms with lots of space. The breakfast was good.

The hotel was pretty clean and breakfast was decent, but there was no fruit at all. The room was clean and a decent size but the beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows are terrible. The location is probably the best part about the hotel, right next to the mall and restaurants and we enjoyed walking there.

Staff was friendly especially the kitchen worker. She rocked it. Rooms were comfy. The only thing I didnt like was coffee taste. It was horrible and you only had choice between bold and decaf. It was also not offered all day. They take it away after breaksfast. This is the only place we have stayed that this is done at

Staff was friendly. The one thing i didnt like was the coffee. They had two choices, bold or decaf. Not a fan of either. They also didnt offer coffee and tea around the clock, just at breakfast.

Wonderful hôtel with a great restaurant nearby BJ’s, to have dinner.

Remote and central. My kids enjoyed the pool area. Breakfast seating is exceptional. However you have to arrive early. I arrived early and noticed by the time I was finished with my breakfast the lobby was full. With mainly what looked like snowboarders. So maybe an odd weekend or maybe that’s what this hotels for and if so it shows. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Upset about the wifi not working but front desk made it right with their customer service. Overall great job!

What a great hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. It is next to the mall so there were lots of different food options. We left behind some airpods and they sent them to us overnight and made it so easy to get the back. They were amazing

Just perfect

The room had a very odd layout. You can see the TV from the bed and the couch that viewed the TV was uncomfortable. Very clean. There is no hot tub (the only reason we booked here)

Great place to stay

Our room was spacious and clean. Only negative was being on the side facing a major highway so lots of traffic noise all night. Everything else was good.

Hotel was pretty nice in most respects other than having the downright concrete-hardest furniture and bed I've ever endured, and being located in a mall complex that's a traffic nightmare.
