The hotel was really nice my room was clean and spacious. My check was easy and smooth. The guy at the desk was very kind. Breakfast was delicious both days. I will definitely say again when I’m in town.

We stayed here 4 nights while we visited the American Dream Mall. The woman who checked us in was professional, happy, & informative. Breakfast every morning was a good assortment & was pretty good. We also had an issue where we needed to communicate with management. Jarrett was nice, professional, responsive in helping us get the situation handled. Absolutely would recommend staying here.

The property itself is actually very nice, up to date & clean but the heat wasn’t really getting hot even set on 82 & the water took forever to warm up and even once it did the temperature really still wasn’t hot.

Went with my 5 and 7 year old to visit American Dream mall. The hotel was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. We used the pool a lot, it was perfect for us. Lots of stores close to the hotel and the mall was only a few minutes away.

Will stay again!!

Hotel was nice. However they were doing work in the lobby during our stay and the shower head was not secure.

The staff at the front desk was rude. There was a very friendly staff person at breakfast time, but that was it. I stayed in the two bedroom suite for 5 days. I received 1 dishwasher pod. It was a struggle on the last night to try and obtain another or even dish washing soap to clean the dishes. I asked if I could just have a plastic fork and was told they only had spoons. I wanted a white blanket for the person staying on the pull out couch and was told no. The pull out couch was also the most uncomfortable thing I have ever laid on since the 90s. The room was not clean, there were frys under the sink NEXT to the trash can! The shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles were nearly empty and some purple dye was all over one of the shower curtains. One of the showers made a god awful noise that shook the entire room. The only good thing about this hotel was that the pool was actually nice enough and at a nice temperature to swim and enjoy and that the American Dream Mall was 5min away.

No huge issue except noise from traffic on the side street.

Very impressed with room. Got a 2 bedroom suite and it had kitchen , 2 BR an pullout couch. Lots of space with tv in every room. Very clean and comfortable. Pool was warm for kids. Fireplace was a nice touch.

Kim at the front desk, from the first call, was absolutely amazing! Her level of professionalism was unmatched. She made our stay comfortable and we appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was great with both hot and cold food. The bed was sooo comfortable. The pool was warm and clean as well. Great stay! Thank you.
