Le spa est très bien. Les employés sont très sympathiques. Avoir droit au chien est vraiment génial.

Endroit tranquille malgré l’occupation qui semblait élevée. Service exceptionnel de tous les employés!

Toujours aussi agréable de passer un moment dans ce site enchanteur. Le service est excellent. Les lieux sont propres. Et le décor change selon la saison. Ce n’étais pas ma première visite et ce n’est assurément pas la dernière.

Bruyant Je croyais que c'était plus un endroit pour adultes. Pas assez de chaises pour la piscine extérieure et spa. Dommage pour le prix Et endroit très isolé A prendre en compte

We loved our 2 night stay at Auberge Lac Tauraux! Not perfect but definitely more positive than negative. The beds were really hard that we both woke up with really bad back aches to the point my back was having spasms. The walls are also paper thin and you can hear everything. Thankfully we were on the third floor so no one was above us which helped. Staff was very kind and helpful except for a very rude/snobby hostess at the restaurant le Cerf Rouge. Food was actually amazing both at the bistro and the main Resto cerf rouge. We loved the feeling of the whole place, it was warm, rustic and elegant. So many activities and fun things to do. We would definitely love to go back with our children during the summer. Overall it surpassed our expectations and highly recommend it! PS The drive there is very twisty and up/down so suggested to avoid driving at night.

Les bancs dans le spa sont trop hauts de sorte que le haut du corps est hors de l'eau. L'hiver, ce n'est pas agréable. La chambre était propre en tout point. Rien d'extravagant, toutefois. Le buffet au déjeuner est excellent et la table du soir l'est tout autant. Étrangement, le bureau du maître d'hôtel est sur le plancher du restaurant plutôt que dans un bureau à part. L'horaire des activités organisées n'est pas affiché. Il a fallu demandé et on nous a mal renseigné. La petite patinoire centrale n'a pas été entretenu au point d'être impraticable toute la fin de semaine.

Oui la chambre était parfaite! Très propre! Beau balcon avec vue sur le Lac.

Tout était parfait ! Endroit convivial et chaleureux. Pas snob dutout ! On s y sent à l'aise. J'y vais 1 à 2 fois par année.
