Muy buena ubicación, personal amable, recomiendo el hotel

Es un hotel con personal de gran hospitalidad, está en proceso de renovación y seguro tendrá una mayor comodidad de la que ya posee, ubicado en una de las mejores playas de Cancún, volveríamos sin dudarlo.

The Master 2 Bedroom Suite was amazing. Huge rooms overlooking the water with a sunset view. Amazing.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and there were many reasons that brought me back—one of them being the beautiful beach. The facilities are always very clean, and it’s clear they put great effort into keeping everything running smoothly. What truly stands out, though, is the staff. They are exceptional, especially Rafaella from the palapa, who always takes care of guests with a warm smile. I absolutely love this place and will definitely return again.

Excelente servicio, las albercas de muy buen tamaño y la vista al mar insuperable, tiene una playita privada, los restaurantes muy buenos y el personal muy atento, volvería a hospedarme ahí, a lo mejor el único inconveniente fue de los brazaletes, tenían 2 colitas muy largas que estorbaban un poco en mis actividades y en los alimentos, pero son cosas muy minúsculas

I would absolutely recommend this resort !! Everything was great ! Staff was very helpful , room was clean and well stocked. A wonderful experience.

Las amenidades deben darle mantenimiento y las habitaciones no dejarle la tabla de quesos porque hace que la habitación huela mal. Mejorar los precios del buffet demasiado altos.

We chose this property because we wanted to try Cancun without all inclusive and it has exceeded our expectations.It is close to shops , restaurants and beautiful beaches.The rooms are very spacious and have everything you need to cook if that applies to you.Amazing sunrise and sunsets opportunities and views of the sea.The beach is small but enough for us to enjoy.There are plenty of lounge chairs and it is all very well organised.The employees work very hard and it is obvious they care for this property.We want to mention our housekeeper Cyntia,Sergio ,Jovany and Luis from the restaurant and Rodrigo from the bell desk.We are used to more upscale properties and this definitely surprised us in the best of ways.

I wouldn’t recommend the hotel for their bathtubs are not senior-friendly. The tub is higher than a regular one. It’s hard to get into and out of it. If you’re interested in their Fiesta Rewards membership, it would take days or a week before your account to be activated. Ask about the cancellation. They wouldn’t mention that when they’re doing their marketing sales. The staff are friendly and their housekeeping team was excellent. Most of them speak less than basic English. Translate app would be handy.

Everything was good but was missing some amenities which was mandatory. Such as no pillows or bedding for the sofa bed as they know we are 4 people coming. Missing iron and hair dryer. Though we never got the dryer after asking for it 2-3 times. Receptions are not well trained or lack of knowledge.

The bar was good. Usually had breakfast in our room on our own.

Very enjoyable, not all inclusive, therefore no masses of people. It was very enjoyable easy to find a corner for yourself. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Buffet style with options a la carte.

From the time you enter the property you are greeted with wonderful employees making you feel welcomed. Thank you to Yaska Narvaez for making our stay stress free. The room was clean and well stocked. Property clean and family friendly. The pool clean but cold. That’s probably the only thing I suggest to invest in heated pool. 🙃
