It was a great place to stay. It was brilliant having a washing machine/dryer but following the guidelines on the sheet help much as it seemed to go forever. Not a complaint as such but just something to be aware of. We will stay again.

Front Staff were excellent and it was easy to check in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was presented well. Bathroom was a bit tight but other amenities were clean and well presented.

The room was tidy but the bathroom smelled, upon returning to our room it smelled like the bathroom and cleaning products. Everything else was what you would expect.

Thanks for allowing me to check in early I felt very welcome. Lovely warm and comfortable unit. The advise regarding using the car park was a life saver for me as I am asthmatic the Plimertin steps were a challenge. Improvements maybe change out the saucers for side plates. Nag mihi Jill

Enjoyed our stay at this budget friendly apartment. Near shops but be prepared for some stairs/elevation due to nature of topography in this area.

Absolutely loved Gilmer ... Fantastic from the minute I arrived. Room amazing ...clean, stylish, just excellent!! Staff friendly and informative about the local area. Easy to get to Lambton Quay. I will DEFINITELY stay here again!!
